The tacos a vapor are tasty & I definitely recommend giving them a try. The regular tacos, not so much. The regular tacos had lots of chewy meat, which is a clear indication of cheap quality cuts of meat. The lady who attended me was very passive & idk, I didn’t really like her attitude. The inside of the restaurant was deserted, which is odd because it was already 2pm when I showed up. It’s also located across the street from a cemetery, which is a bit creepy. Overall, the only redeeming aspect of the restaurant is the tacos a vapor.

The tacos de vapor remind of the tacos from puerto Vallarta. The tacos are delicious. I would definitely recommend them. Inside the restaurant is kinda small.

eh, the food is pretty good. The chilito relleno tacos and minis de asada are what i come here for but idk
don’t expect to get great service the women are sassy and annoyed
especially if you don’t order in spanish which i did after i got some eye rolling.
but if i send my brothers they’ll give you some slack i guess

I took the order to go. The tacos were very good and they included a cabbage salad (curtido), limes, and packets of salsa. Only complaint is I didn’t have accurate pricing until I got there as their menu has changed. I will upload a picture of their updated menu to assist future consumers!

Don’t be deceived for the outside appearance of this place..
This tacos de canasta are one of the best I have eaten here in Texas and compared to the ones in Mexico city, this tacos are great with good seasoning and very moist.

A taste of Monterrey México right in San Antonio Texas. Small place with no sitting area to eat but that’s ok. We ate in our car with no problem. It gave us the opportunity to go through the drive thru and order more tacos to go home with. (2.5 hours away home).
