Super fast service. There was no wait. I was less than 5 minutes from opening the door to enter and leaving. AND the sliders were made fresh. They put them on as I was ordering.. Friendly atmosphere/employee.
(I have onion allergies and can’t eat this, bought it for someone else, “Classic Castle” and “loaded with onion” , “hot and fresh tasting” are direct quotes.)

The young lady that took my order was very nice, but the rest of the workers seemed to have poor attitudes. I went in to get a carryout order since the drive thru line was long and not moving. I waited 15 minutes inside for my order. I wish that I had checked my order before I left as this was the condition of the sliders. (I only ordered these 2 sliders and a small fries!) Both sliders were squished (by what?????) and the bottom buns were soggy! Needless to say, I didn’t eat them. I love White Castles, but this was ridiculous. I won’t be going back!!!

Waited over 30 minutes in line, just to
come home and find our burgers were literally disgusting. Soaking wet and falling apart like they were soaked in water. Ordered no onion and we received no pickle, and extra onion. Had to drive all the way back, and the other cook (woman) wasn’t even making our food for the first 10 minutes we were waiting to get our food remade because she didn’t “do it”. So of course we had to wait even longer for this guy to make them, he acted off.. & he took a spactula from the sink with soap on it and took a papaws towel and wiped it off, after touching the sink nozzles and never once changing his gloves. Our food was disgusting again so we threw our food out. Literally looked like chum bucket food. Never again. Spent over an hour for nasty food and crappy service.
