I called the place to ask if they had BEEF ribs and they said yes. I placed my order over the phone and picked up just right before they closed. I got back to my place and ready to eat, but came to find out they gave me PORK ribs. It was too late for me to call back and get a refund. Someone needs to teach their employees the difference PORK and BEEF ribs. The pork ribs were good, but not what I wanted.

My wife got a pulled pork Sandwich. It was so soaked with grease, couldn’t even pick it up. On my order of French fries, I don’t think one was over an inch. They were all broken from the bottom of the basket, it was terrible.

Unfortunatly it was terible. The tri tip was devoid of flavor. It was dry and had no salt at all.
The ribs had a good flavor but were so fatty they were enedible. My dog is alergic to a lot of stuff, so i cook big pieces of pork in my pressure cooker. Their pork tasted the same. Not terrible but just blah. The beans taste like they came from a can, im thinking hinzs. The coleslaw was the worst ive tasted. I hope the owner reads this and makes adjustments. Not trying to be mean, just informative.

Very delicious comfort food!
Ordered a chicken teriyaki, tri-tip beef, macaroni salad, & rice plate with french fries on the side. My favorite is the chicken teriyaki & the french fries when cooked well done are an amazing hit.

I have eaten at Sammy’s BBQ and it is a no-frills local restaurant that serves excellent Polynesian-style barbecue and sides. We hired Sammy’s to cater our wedding reception and it was well worth it. They were helpful and efficient and delivered everything on time and perfectly. The food was great and sixty people enjoyed a delicious meal. The huli huli chicken was especially good!

The fries were the perfect texture and well seasoned. The chicken katsu tasted like a proper chicken katsu. The pulled pork was perfectly moist and well seasoned once again. This was made by a really strong chef.
