Great food, great service (Flavio), great vibe. We will be back. Ordered the soup and the short rib enchiladas – all very good. First visit here late on a Saturday but had a ton of fun. We are going to come for coffee next. Located near the Balboa ferry on the island side.

Today was our first visit to this location. We had a wonderful “Brunch.” This is a wonderful open dining room in the fresh beach air.
We ordered the steak tacos and the flautas from the brunch menu and chips with guacamole. Everything was fantastic.
Wonderful staff and great food.
We look forward to coming back for a dinner.

2/2024 Return visit was better than the first time! Kevin and Bernice were very attentive servers with great attitudes. Dirty Chai latte was yummy! Cranberry muffin, perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, breakfast burrito and beignets – everything was really good!
We purchased beans to go and look forward to tasty coffee at home now too.
The crowd was in n out in waves and I was lucky enough to get some nice shots of the restaurant.
9/2023 Excellent service! Friendly staff. Real eggs, not those fake powdered ones. Delicious coffee. Cold brew, or lattes with oat milk and home-made flavorings. Bar!

The vibe here is upscale taqueria! Yummy – almost unbelievably delicious chips ( made in house). The sausage is perfect although mild ( I like spices). The guacamole is Latin Ahmazing! Don’t miss this spot. Salivating thinking about it now. Wish we lived closer. This would be a regular for us

The Succulent Coffee Roasters place has a lot of room and light inside and a wonderful outside terrace. It is located on a quiet street. There was a lot of space for outdoor sitting, and we enjoyed a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent artisan espresso served here. The staff is so friendly and want everything to be spot on. I have become a regular and drive from Huntington Beach for a latte and the chill vibe. The walk along the Balboa waterfront is only a block away. Grateful for all this bliss.
