Someone hacked my subway app account and ordered themselves a sub today. I’ve been trying to contact this store to resolve the issue and no one even answers the phone. There is absolutely no way to get ahold of any subway customer service at all! This is absurd. I live in Michigan! So I obviously did not pick up a footlong sub in PA this evening! The staff are literally a bunch of kids that don’t know what they’re doing they talk all over your food and wear no hair nets. Not to mention the customer service, it is terrible. Every time I order there my sandwich is all mushed up. Definitely not buying there anymore.

The staff was rude and very unorganized. After I said something to the lady she was very kind and apologized. The young boy’s behavior worsened! The subs were delicious though!!!!! The toppings were very fresh. I think they have trouble hearing with the plexiglass up which is understandable.

Was enjoying my breakfast until I felt a weird texture and turns out I had plastic in my sandwich….. PLASTIC! Now I order the same thing almost every morning and this is the first it ever happened to me so idk maybe we could work something out like a gift card or something . All jokes aside, I was really chewing on plastic and I ain’t eating subway breakfast anymore. I know it’s not the company’s fault but the workers are making them look bad.
