Should have read the reviews before we ordered here, but didn’t and I placed an order online for about $60. Steak Stroganoff and crispy chicken bacon alfredo. Both with extra protein. The chicken Alfredo had zero chicken!!!!! The Steak Stroganoff had steak although I’m not real sure if there was extra as it didn’t look like it at all. But at least there was steak! Polar opposite of the chicken which had ZERO! How do you forget to put the chicken? So needless to say that I DID NOT LOVE IT! Not even a little bit! Very disappointed this time around! Wished we would have chosen someplace else to eat to be honest! I guess not all Noodles & Company locations are created equal! It makes me so happy to just be throwing away money and a large amount of it! Gave 2 stars because at least there was Steak on the Stroganoff even if there wasn’t extra I suppose and food was eatable at least! Service was quick.

I haven’t been in Noodles company in years and this location did a fine job. I was impressed that they had made their mac and cheese less buttery and a better all-around sauce. It competes well with mac and cheese I’ve had from anywhere else. My companion got a chicken and marinara sauce dish that they thoroughly enjoyed.

Manager took our order tonight and was very polite and pleasant. Apologized for the short wait and let us know they were roasting our mushrooms fresh. They even threw in rice crispy treats. Will definitely be back. Staff was also very nice.

Israeli flags on the outside and inside of the building. The employees looked extremely underfed and overworked. I overheard an employee in the kitchen say they hadn’t seen their family in months. I placed my order for the Epstein Fettuccine, something I’ve never seen on any Noodles menu… the employee taking my order looked about 11. I asked him if he was old enough to be working. He responded “I have no choice.” As I waited for my order, I heard multiple gunshots from the back of the restaurant. After 4 hours of waiting, an employee brought me my food. With tears in his eyes, he told me “our master- I mean manager wanted you to know he added his ‘special Diddy sauce’ to your dish.” Appalled, I stormed out of the restaurant. Please do not eat here.

My first to-go order was under-cooked and inedible. Had to drive all the way back for a replacement. My daughter then got violently ill from the meal within 2 hours, more than likely due to poor cross contamination control for their “gluten sensitive” noodles. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to ask for a replacement meal, but the first and last time they made my child ill. Unfortunately we can longer return due to this. Gluten free diet beware.

NOT WORTH IT…. First time trying noodles n company and it will probably be my last.. I would have been better off just getting a can of chunky Campbell’s soup. I would have been much happier. 1st I received half a bowl of soup that had more celery then chicken, carrots or even noodles which I dont really care for celery in general.. If i wanted chicken broth it would have been much cheaper to go to the store and get. Worst of all they give you oyster crackers which in my opinion are horrible because they are always hard and taste stale. I much rather have regular crackers. I’d say the only thing that was good was my fountain drink but even then the machine went out and even that was ruined.. I’d give this place 0 stars if possible..

My food this time was not nearly as good as usual. The sauce for my mac and cheese was really thick and didn’t really cover the pasta well, and the noodles were a bit over cooked and were falling apart when I tried to mix up the pasta with the overly-thick sauce. My experience at this location is typically very good,and I’ve never had an really issues with my food in the past, so I think they must have been having an off day. Overall, I will still return to their restaurant and I would recommend it to friends based on my prior experience.

Beware before ordering delivery from this location. 9Twice have ordered from here and they forget to meal in bag before sealing for delivery, the resolution come to the store and pick a replacement up. Food quality not as good as other noodles and company locations.

My friend ordered food and they added cilantro and then when she called to complain, the manager fought with her and called her a liar like we can’t taste the difference between cilantro and parsley. It was a total waste of money!

Editing my review. The kids really wanted noodles again so I caved and this location is close by. Big mistake. Almost $90 bucks and it’s nothing but old noodle mush. Ridiculous! I picked up the order came directly home and started to eat. I live less than ten minutes away I was there waiting for my order for at least 5 minutes prior. Then they want you to add gratuity to this do better.
