Many a times food is okish. Today is worst and hence decided to review. We bought egg hakka noodles. Noodles are half cooked. Egg is like omlette pieces and not distributed. No masala and they are flat in taste. Had to repeat all the process of making noodles again at home to eat it. Paying $18 for this product.

Bro charges 34$ for 2 piece mandi and the quantity is literally for 10$ do you want us to buy more food didn’t expect this from desi district. And I’m sure a single biriyani comes with more quantity, if you want us to buy more food just let us know ahead we will be prepared. Mistake is clearly from the management side, employees are pretty good

This was the first time we visited this premise.
We found the grocery and veggies section very clean and hygienic and the prices seemed very reasonable for the items being sold.
We also visiting the food court and the clean and hygienic them continued! We got some samosas and they were freshly prepared and very crispy and tasty!
Service too was quick and efficient .
We will be back soon !

Little south Indian eatery franchise throughout Dallas area.
The papri chaat we ordered was amazing and so was the ambiance.
They have an adjoining Indian grocery store as well.

We ordered the Bahubali Mandi and it was delicious! The portion is great for a group of 8-9 people if you’re craving a good mandi experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout.
They serve it on a huge mandi plate, you can easily take portions into your own plates .
Highly recommend it if you’re visiting with family or friends!

Visited this place with friends to try the Mandi, and we ordered the Paneer Mandi and Juicy Chicken Mandi.
The Paneer Mandi was just okay—the rice was good, but the paneer pieces were quite hard. As for the Juicy Chicken Mandi, there was too much gravy on the rice, and the taste wasn’t great. The accompanying gravy was also very oily, which made it less enjoyable.
We also tried the Rumali Roti with Paneer Butter Masala—the Rumali Roti was good and for the curry, you can choose between rice or butter naan.
Overall, the experience was just okay. There’s definitely room for improvement in both flavor and preparation.

This is the third time we have found hair in our food, which is very concerning and disappointing. We genuinely love biriyani and flavorful.
However, the pulav was not good. it had too much oil and excessive masala, which made it difficult to enjoy as we got sick bcz of worst fry piece.
We strongly request the management to please focus more on cleanliness and maintain consistent food quality. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made. Thank you.

This place is a combination of restaurant, juice bar and grocery store. We originally are from oklahoma and whenever we visit dallas we definitely visit atleast one branch of Desi District . We ordered for biryani, haleem and chicken appetizer. All of them were super tasty. It’s just like we don’t miss Indian food when these restaurants offer the flavor and taste something very similar to what south Indian food tastes like. Will definitely visit again to this place( any other branch). My experience of food was amazing and worth the money. Parking was plenty too. Crowdy but bearable. Groceries had discounts and anyone who’s looking for reasonable prices can visit. I’m aware that onions are not that fresh around like any other food store at this time so forget onions. Definitely a place to visit for food and groceries next time.

Ordered the onion pesarattu and was really disappointed. It had a terrible burnt taste and honestly felt more like a roasted pizza than a proper pesarattu. On top of that, it took about 40 minutes to arrive. Sharing pictures so others can see before ordering.
