My husband and I had a great dinner at Pedro’s on Pearl Street! We sat outside and really enjoyed watching all the activity on Pearl Street while we ate. Our server, Carlos, was fabulous, friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
I ordered the steak taco salad, and it was delicious. I was a little intimidated at first by the big chunks of steak, but once I cut them up, it was no big deal. It was tender and flavorful. The chips and salsa were also really good; the salsa had just the right amount of spice, which we loved. The guacamole was also good and fresh!
They also have great happy hour cocktail and beer specials!
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and if we are ever visiting Boulder again, we’d definitely come back!

The food and margaritas were very tasty! Service was great as well. Only point I’d take off is for portion size. Smallest chimichanga I’ve ever had. My friend had tacos and agreed that the portion was small. Flavor was great!

Stopped in for a late lunch midweek so it was pretty quiet. The flavors were really good, however I ordered a chimichanga and it was not fried or crisp like it said on the menu, so that was disappointing. I’ve never had a soft chimichanga before, wouldn’t that just be a burrito? The queso sauce and green chili were delicious though, as was the rice (tried my husbands cos I just asked for beans). My husband enjoyed his meal, but was also confused by the soft chimichanga. They refilled our salsa for our chips so that was a nice touch, and the server was real friendly and patient with us.

Newly decorated, well lit, with excellent food at good prices on Pearl Street. Good service too. I’ve been looking for a go-to family style Mexican restaurant in Boulder and I think this will be it.

I have to admit this is one of the best Mexican food I’ve ever tried in Colorado. My only small issue is the waitress is serving the food pretty quick. They need to slow down as I like to take my time eating and enjoying my time. They have to know this is not mcdonalds. It’s better if they slow the service a bet So people can have a great time digesting their food in their tummy.

We stopped in Pedro‘s for the first time, and it was fantastic!
The decor was bright and fun, the service was excellent, Abby was wonderful!
I had a grilled chicken chimichanga, which was the best I’ve ever had! It usually comes with shredded chicken (in my experience) and grilled was excellent!
My partner had a mole enchilada which he very much enjoyed.
Everything was excellent.
We are very happy and highly recommend!

This place hits on all Cylinders! Friendly Service! Coldest Draft Beer in a Frosty Mug! Killer Food! I made an afternoon of it! Blanca treated me as good as a Man can be treated. Her hospitality seemed genuine and never ran out. A solid Taco Tuesday Special as well. I may go back tomorrow for Fajitas before I leave town.

had such a great experience at Pedro’s! My server, Blanca, was absolutely amazing—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food came out fresh and delicious, and the margaritas? Incredibly strong and SO good.
The whole vibe of the place was welcoming, and the service really stood out. If you’re looking for great Mexican food, great drinks, and top-notch service, definitely check out Pedro’s and ask for Blanca!

REALLY GOOD MEXICAN FOOD!!! Boulder is lacking in Mexican food and Pedro’s brings it home on Pearl! Really good happy hour margaritas for $6!!! and excellent food! Their chips came out hot and the salsa was perfect spice level! Their beans are how they should be! Healthy choices and the traditional stuff too! Great atmosphere and art and music!

We went during happy hour and got a few tacos, drinks and some appetizers. The southwest eggrolls were really good along with the fish and al pastor tacos. Guac and drinks were decent.
The shrimp taco was a joke, a smattering of corn with 2 fried odd flavored shrimp, no sauce.
Want to try their fajitas and enchiladas to get a better idea of the food. Seemed a bit overpriced for what we got, but that’s pearl st for ya.
