I had a very disappointing experience here. The lady who handed me my order was quite rude, making it clear that my request for a custom order due to dietary restrictions was not welcome. It felt like they were annoyed by a simple request, which was really disheartening. On top of that, the food quality was very poor, lacking both flavor and freshness. If you have any dietary restrictions or are simply looking for good quality food, I’d recommend steering clear of this place. Very disappointing experience overall

We placed a large order at about 20 minutes prior to closing. I apologized….and they reassured me that it wasn’t a problem. We ordered many items and the entire order was correct. We order from them because their chicken in the orange chicken and sesame chicken is “clean”, solid pieces of chicken. Their egg rolls have always been fresh and it’s not overly greasy. The pics are just a few of the entire order. We just wish they delivered….

I used to consider this place one of the best Chinese spots around. I hadn’t had it in over a year, so I decided to grab dinner for the family. Unfortunately, the food looked completely different from what it used to be, and the taste wasn’t the same at all. Even worse, my family and I ended up getting sick afterward. We were planning a big party at our HOA and after trying almost a dozen Chinese Restaurants, that did catering, we tried Cheng Garden.
We knew we’d found gold when every dish we tested tasted like what we ordered, instead of all having one flavor. The chicken, beef & pork were tender and not fatty, the vegetables were fresh and crispy and the flavors were delightful.
They couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant to deal with and their prices were right in line.
On the day of the party, all the trays were ready for pick up at the specified time, packed in boxes and piping hot. One box was accidentally left behind and Cheng Garden immediately ran it over.
But the best part of all was that everyone loved the food. The party was in June and we’re still getting great reviews and members requesting Cheng’s address.

The food is not great 2/5. but could have potential. Fried rice was mushy without much flavor and was paired with a general tso chicken that was entirely too saucy for such mushy rice. The service however was good and their egg roll is 3/5.

Went there tonight from other reviews. Won’t be going back. Order screwed up plus food not good at all. Rubber chicken. No egg rolls with order that was supposed to come with combos. Ask for white rice get pork fried rice with no pork. Fried dumplings were not good at all. Seemed like they were steamed and throw in a pan for a minute rolled around in grease.staff was very nice until I called back to tell them about the problems and couldn’t care less. Bad experience for me.
