I’m here from Dallas for the week. I didn’t feel like going out to a restaurant since it was cold and raining. I decided to order delivery from Nancy’s, spaghetti & meatballs, salad and a cannoli.
The delivery person arrived a little late. He sincerely apologized and said the roads were bad due to the rain. I appreciated that. The food arrived hot, everything was fresh and looked amazing. I didn’t rate the atmosphere since I ordered delivery.
Everything was delicious. I could tell the food was prepared by someone that cared about the customer. I was so hungry that I forgot to take pictures of the main dish, the spaghetti. It was in a to go container, but it still looked great !
I would rate this as a place to eat if you are in Bolingbrook.

I recently ordered from Nancy’s Pizza in Bolingbrook, and if you are strictly looking for great taste, this place delivers. The pizza was delicious—well-seasoned, fresh ingredients, and exactly the kind of quality you’d expect from a classic brand.
However, there are two things you should keep in mind before you head out:
• Timing: My pickup took significantly longer than the time I was promised over the phone. If you’re on a tight schedule, you might want to add a 15-minute buffer to whatever time they give you.
• Facilities: This is a big one for families—there are no public restrooms available. If you are coming here with kids, make sure everyone takes a “break” before you leave the house.

Terrible customer service. And this is a well done pizza?! I wonder what the normal one looks like! It wasn’t even good either. Mozz sticks tasted like plastic. Wish I paid card so I could bring this back and get a refund. This location is an embarrassment to the Nancy’s franchise. Stay far away go somewhere else!!!!

I ordered 2 medium pizzas the other day, one pepperoni and one cheese. To my unpleasant surprise, I got one cheese and one half sausage/half cheese. There were receipts all over the bags but I guess nobody can be bothered to check if orders are actually accurate..! Thanks for the disappointment

Me and my boyfriend are picky when it comes to pizza and have been looking for a good place to go to. We stumbled on Nancy’s in Bolingbrook and they have officially become our favorite spot. We won’t go anywhere else if they keep delivering the way they do. The food is delicious! The prices are so reasonable. And the people are great. We have not had one bad experience. This place trumps every other place in the area for sure and I highly recommend them. I hope they never change because we love them! Thank you for the obvious pride you take in your restaurant!!

Sooo…Tonight 10/31 I ordered a Pizza at about 7pm…I was told it would be delivered in 70 minutes. 2hrs later…no Pizza….I called like 20 times. I got no answer. I thought they might be closed…I called again and finally someone answered. I was very frustrated. However, the young lady I spoke to explained how crazy tonight was. She was amazing and I immediately understand and she took great care of things. That meant so much to me. I don’t know her name but it was the Bolingbrook location…WE LOVE NANCY’S

Worst pizza I have had in over 30 years. Cost $38.00. Can’t believe it was that bad. I will never eat there again. It was a thin crust. Over priced and just terrible.

Great thin crust and deep dish pizza! I always get the thin crust cooked well done and it comes out perfect. My go-to place when watching football with friends and family on the weekends!
