Grossly understaffed, staff is not friendly (probably due to being understaffed). I got a lecture that he could not make his other customer wait in order to fill my order. I was told 11-21 minutes by the call center, waited 45 before picking up, and my pizzas were not ready. I understand that a large order would take longer than what I was told, but the staff behaved as if I committed a crime by placing my order.

Papa John’s on memorial boulevard may have the rudest, most unprofessional “general manager” I have ever encountered. We had pizza and some kind of chicken Alfredo dish delivered to our house. There was olive oil pouring out of the box which was soggy. The food was disqusting and my kids wouldn’t even eat it. I tried to call and speak to the manager. Got transferred 3 times. The manager accused me of having poured oil on it when I offered to give it back to his driver for a refund. (Yes I poured oil on the food and made it so that my 3 kids couldn’t eat it after I paid you 60$ for nothing. ) I even offered to send him a video of the food. His attitude was so bad that he continued to yell and argue instead of “listening” to the costumer then hung up on me. We will never do business there again. After the general manager so rudely hung up on me, a boy named Bobby politely called back and offered me a 50% refund. If you ask me they got the wrong one in charge.!

When it comes to major pizza food chains, it’s either Papa John’s or Dominoes for me. I’m not a fan of Pizza Hut, and I really dislike Jets pizza and their dough that’s identical to a grease sponge.
My wife and I just moved to this side of town and we are now 3 minutes away from the Papa John’s on Memorial. So far, so good. They deliver the service that you would want and expect, and the pizza does not disappoint.
People, listen. If you are reading this, stop ordering pizza over the phone. It’s 2017, download the app. Why? Because, when you order online or with the app, you acquire “Papa Points”, which are saved to your account and can be used to get free food. I have been a customer of this business for over 15 years, but after my last experience I will not be returning. The manager himself had to remake my pizza twice before I finally received it, only for me to get home and realize there was no sauce on it at all. When I called to address my concern, I politely asked if I could at least receive a coupon for my next pizza to make up for the mistake. Instead, the manager was extremely rude, laughed at me, refused to provide his name, and told me there was nothing he could do. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unacceptable

Pizza was cold at the door. I had to heat it up to half way enjoy it. Terrible delivery service. If you’re in the area I recommend Marco’s Pizza. Marco’s isn’t the greatest but the pizza is always hot when delivered.

I ordered an extra large half cheese half pepperoni square cut pizza. I received an extra cheese pepperoni with no cheese triangle cut pizza!! The picture below shows the pizza that I received! Then when I called back to complain at 5:35pm. I was told that it would be 45 minutes, for me to get a replacement pizza; so at 7:00pm I called to get a delivery status(I had 3 hungry boys so I decided to pick it up) and I was informed that it would be ready when I arrived to pick it up. I arrived at 7:10 and it wasn’t even made!! So now I’m sitting in my car supposedly waiting 15-20 minutes for it to be prepared. FINALLY MY PIZZA!!

Ordered our food at 6:45 didn’t get it to close to 8!!! Also, this is how our pizza was delivered!! We ordered a 2 liter regular Pepsi, well, we got diet. We asked for extra marinara & ranch(was charged) & never got them. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

I received a coupon for a free large pizza. I tried to order it online and kept receiving an error. So I placed an order for the rest of my items and called the store to redeem the coupon. The girl on the phone was unhelpful. I went to the store to pick up my order and try to redeem the coupon. I was told by a manager that they wouldn’t honor it in store. He told me I couldn’t speak to the GM standing right there because, “it wouldn’t be pleasant… he’s not a pleasant person.”
