The atmosphere is chill, sometimes busy, but even if there’s a line, you will not wait long. Workers are friendly and is always ready to help with a smile on their faces. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area.

Is at the mall which you can expect for it to be loud especially in the food court area. The staff are friendly and are fast with your order. I suggest ordering in person because in the app it takes a while. I got the Oreo milkshake was delicious!

I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until today, which is why this was so disappointing. I ordered through the app and immediately realized I forgot to add an item. The app wouldn’t let me edit the order, so I tried calling the store. It took three calls before anyone answered. When I finally got through, they told me they couldn’t edit the order and that I’d have to place a new order. Even after I told them that it wouldn’t allow me to place an order because one was already in progress they reiterated I would have to wait for the delivery to arrive and then place a whole new order, meaning I’d have to pay another tip and additional delivery fees which would be after I received my first order, so I would have to wait an additional 25-35 minutes for the next delivery. That alone was frustrating, but what bothered me more was how unwilling they seemed to help or even try to offer a solution.
Unfortunately, the food itself wasn’t any better. Everything arrived soggy, the fries weren’t filled properly (two containers were even placed upside down so most of the fries were sitting loose at the bottom of the bag), and I ordered a variety of six sauces but only received one type with two sauces missing entirely. The cherry on top was the fact that by the time the food came, it was too late to place another delivery order. This is very out of character for Chick-fil-A in my experience, but today was a big miss across the board.

Ordered couple of chicken sandwiches, a 3 pc tenders and fries. After eating these, I’ve been experiencing stomach issues. Chick fil A used to be really good, of late the standards have just gone downhill. Cost cutting everywhere!!

Staff is nice. While we were standing next to the line in order to get a closer look at the menu board, he offered us to order through his mobile device. Got a set of classic chick-fil-A chicken sandwich and another set of grill chicken sandwich. Grill one taste less guilty yet remain delicious! Nuggets are hot and crispy. A quick and easy meal if you want to have some comfort food.
