Last time I was at Five Guys was probably in 2012 in a different state. Back then, it was really one of my favorite burgers and fries. Since then, I’ve had hundred of burgers and the competition is tough. So where do they stand now?
The burger… was actually pretty good! The meat was super tasty and the toppings were all fresh. The Cajun fries still slaps! The free peanuts are still there!
With that said, there’s no way it’s worth these steep prices. The prices are just wild. So it’s not forgivable when you forget my extra cheese or when your banana and strawberry shakes are out. $40 for three burgers, one order of fries, and one shake is a big no-no in my book. I guess it’s worth coming once every few years to stratch that itch but not on the normal rotation list.

I fell in love with Five Guys chain the very first time a colleague introduced me to it. Lots of options for a great variety of condiments and the ubiquitous peanuts. When you enter any restaurant in the chain you know what you’ll get, how it’ll taste and it always makes me happy. Even now when I’m writing this I’m salivating and that’s a good thing. It’s not cheap, though.

If you’ve never been here, please understand that if you order up a burger (11.59 for their larger double fat paddy burger) (bout six or seven for single burger), you can freely order up any and all toppings…for example I ordered grilled onions, grilled mush and jalapenos, tomato lettucce A1 sauce and bbq sauce. All these extra toppings at no charge, load it up! the music was cranking loud 90s punk and grunge which i do appreciate. They give you a number and dont even take your name (a bit impwrsonal) but thats just how they do it. burger is great,but I like to salt and pepper mine up a degree.

Haven’t been to Five Guys in years due to insane pricing. I figured i would give it a try at the “12.99” cost of the combo they are offering. I asked for the cheeseburger combo, they charged me $13.99 for the initial combo, then an extra $3.60 for cheese. This brings the subtotal to $19.04. With a 10% tip that brings us to a grand total of $20.94. This place is a scam, how does $12.99 turn into $20.94? Also, all of the tables were dirty.

Your employees are incompetent and lazy!! 5 to 6 people roaming around fist bumping and greeting each other while prepping food. Overstaffed but they can’t make a burger right?
1. Front counter guy had no idea what I was asking for..I pointed out veggie sandwich with cheese on the overhead menu and mobile order sure. He responds “sorry Abt that”. Asked for everything plus jalapenos and hot sauce..
As others have mentioned check your order before you leave including opening your burger.. I ordered a cheese veggie sandwich. Can you help locate cheese? Also asked for hot sauce and jalapeno during order..it is printed on the receipt. At the time of the pickup, I asked if he added hot sauce? He opened to double check and guess what, it was dry..he added it to correct their error.
Fast forward, I got home and found 1 jalapeno and no cheese. Help me find cheese that I paid for on my food.
Avoid this place..we have orders at in n out 30 times. They have yet to make a single error on my order. I was a fool to try something different and give this place a try… NEVER AGAIN!! .. I can have 2 accurately made sandwiches for a price of 1 dodgy sandwich at this place.

Too over priced the burger was disgusting and tasted weird. Service was okay but I felt rushed so it was definitely nothing special. Vibe felt cold and boring. The only thing I liked was the Cajun fries.. other than that it was a total waste of my $18

I love five guys but this location was a huge disappointment.
We ordered a little fry to share, and while I get that we ordered a small I’ve never seen five guys be so skimpy on fries. It didn’t help that while we were there they literally put the smallest scoop they could of fries in our bag and then threw the rest of the batch away right in front of us because no one else was there and they got old. If you’re just going to throw them away at least give us a full scoop (see picture for small amount of fries)
Also they didn’t remove the paper from the cheese they used on my burger, and I bit into a huge mouthful of plasticky paper before I realized (see picture).
Soda machine was completely broken as well so we couldn’t have diet coke even though it was listed in their soda list.
