They love to close their walk up window when there are football games happening across the street. This encourages the kids to stand in line at the drive because they are drive through only. Safety is NOT their concern. Its been multiple times Ive seen their employees chasing each other in and out of the building running through the drive through areas in between cars. They food quality has gone downhill, its better to drive 15 minutes across state lines and go to the one in bessemer. Not sure if its the same owners, but the customer service and food quality is so much better in Bessemer than the Hurley location.

New management sucks, Left us waiting in line for 20 minutes just for 2 shakes. Shakes were very poorly made and watery. Would much rather and highly recommend taking the extra 15 minutes to drive to the Bessemer location.

We made an order for a cake on the app. When we arrived to pick it up they informed us that they don’t have them but refused to refund us and said to call corporate. We called corporate and they said it’s up to the individual store to refund us. So thanks for stealing our money.

The service is consistently friendly, the food is always fresh And the new management is doing really good and the drive thur is fast and the food was hot and fresh.

Fantastic Dairy Queen! Is a bummer they dont have an indoor lobby as that can be a bit inconvenient on windy days. That said, food was amazingly fresh, not too greasy, just right. Staff was friendly, although ordering at the window can be a bit challenging when you’re tall like me. They were generous on the blizzard size as well. Awesome experience – building is well kept (newly paved it looks like), nice picnic tables, comfortable space. Recommended if not raining or too windy

the kindest staff! every time i go, they are very patient (i can be a pain while ordering lol) and if there’s any mistakes, they are very apologetic and quick to fix it. the food is always delicious! i live for the cheeseburgers, i hardly get them anywhere else. thank you guys for being so amazing! ☺️

When placing our order the gentleman kept interrupting. When we got our order we were missing food and our blizzard was melted. They had us pull forward out of the drive thru to only expecting us to come to rhe window to get our missing itemd. When we got home we found our order to be wrong. They will never receive another order from us. Worst service ever!
