This place was a nice surprise, great food, excellent service and very clean establishment. My favorite is the mapo tofu, also their pork and beef noodle dishes. No picture of the mapo tofu, I started eating and forgot. Our server Joy was quite friendly and helpful in explaining and recommending various dishes. Also, the bathroom is very clean.

So good. Not the prettiest photos because we couldn’t wait to dig in, but the Zha Jian Mian was one of the best noodle dishes I’ve had in a long time. Handmade soup dumplings so we had to “wait” for only about 15 minutes, and they were worth it. Great server too. Highly recommend, they deserve more love!

OUR NEW FAVORITE IN LAS VEGAS!
We haven’t had great Taiwanese food in the United States. This is such an authentic spot (my husband has been traveling to Taiwan for many years)! Everything was phenomenal, well cooked and perfectly seasoned.

The popcorn chicken, handmade noodle soup, dumplings, xiao long bao, and beef with broccoli and fried rice were what we ordered.

You can even see the chefs through the glass window making the noodles fresh each time. The space is beautiful and clean.

100/10

If you’re looking for the best beef noodle in Las Vegas—this is it. Period.

This place took over the top spot after the quality at Venetian’s Asia Noodle declined following a chef change. Lucky Noodle became the go-to spot for beef noodle lovers such as myself.

So why the 3-star review?

Simple: the quality has dropped over the years. Lucky Noodle used to craft their broth with real, rich ingredients. But during my last two visits, it’s clear they’re cutting corners. The broth now tastes salty, and I suspect a heavier use of MSG. The beef chunks no longer have the same texture or quality—seems like they’re rushing or skipping s step or two. The noodles themselves were overcooked, losing the springy bite they once had.

Getting beef noodle right takes precision, and unfortunately, it feels like they’re trying to maintain profits by quietly reducing quality instead of raising prices.

Tip: Ask the server NOT to add spicy oil…now you can taste the actual flavor.

On a positive note: The popcorn chicken is still solid—crispy, flavorful, and consistent. No complaints there.

This is the best Taiwanese restaurant in Vegas (better than Taiwan Deli imo)! Everything is authentic and prepped extremely well. The open kitchen is clean and exciting as you can see the food being made. The Taiwanese fried chicken, beef noodle soup, plum juice are must tries! Portions are huge and prices are the opposite! We had a great time chatting with Abby, she is wonderful and gave us many recommendations for other places around Vegas.

My friends and I came here last weekend, and it was definitely worth it. Immediately, the aesthetic was pleasing, and it was a cozy atmosphere. My Taiwanese friend ordered most of the dishes, so I can’t give exact names for some of these. We definitely had a beef noodle soup, popcorn chicken, onion pancake, (pickled) cucumber salad, soup dumplings, and some other dishes. I thought the food was great, and the flavors were very rich. My friend told me that the onion pancake and soup dumplings weren’t prepared in a way he was used to. Nevertheless, I thought it was a very positive experience and would definitely recommend coming here!

Food is delicious! Ive had the lucky noodles, wontons, some brazen pork on dry noodles (with the family) and it was so good we came back the following day! They have a decent selection of drinks (can sodas) to choose from and the menu is believe has mandarin and English translations. Both times we visited, service was quick, place was clean, and food was worth the wait (about 10mins from order). The taste is distinct and so are the noodles and that has delivered a memorial experience to the family and myself. Once again, as like many of my reviews, this place definitely deserves a try! Enjoy!

The food here was very delicious, especially the beef noodle soup as they use their handmade noodles that were absolutely amazing, chewy, and tasty. It is very different from other Asian restaurants I’ve been to. Their Monday-Friday lunch special is also a great deal that it comes with protein of your choice with fried rice or chow mien. The waiters are also very nice and the overall service was great . Another reason why I would recommend this restaurant is that they include authentic Taiwanese silverware/utensils made of metal/porcelain. This is definitely a must-try, trust me, you will not regret it after going to this restaurant. ✨

The best Taiwanese food in town for a great price! I can’t wait to come back for 盐酥鸡 and trying everything on the menu. They are so nice here, you will feel at home no matter where you are from I don’t have good photos because we ate SO FAST. Try everything, especially the tricolor 小笼包. We will be back!

If you’re craving authentic Taiwanese cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit! The dishes are packed with rich, comforting flavors — from the crispy pork chop rice to the hearty beef noodle soup, and the popcorn chicken 鹹酥雞現炸好吃had the ideal crunch with a flavorful seasoning.

What made our visit even more special was the amazing service. Maria provided top-notch hospitality, making sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal. We also had the chance to try their authentic Tamsui-style plum juice (來自淡水的烏梅汁), a refreshing and traditional Taiwanese drink made with dried plums and a hint of smokiness. The owner shared that they source the ingredients directly from Taiwan to ensure the drink stays true to its origins. It was the perfect complement to the meal.

The food and service here make it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a true taste of Taiwan!剛開一年的新台灣餐廳,大推
