We tried Eddie’s for the first time before the Athens Christmas parade. The other restaurant chain we tried first was on about an hour wait, but Eddie’s provided quick service, and the food was delicious. The jazz Christmas music was a nice touch as well. Thank you for a good experience!

Very very rude. My mozzarella sticks were cold and hard, he said he was calling my name which was NOT true, I was waiting up front the whole time. Tried to say I never ordered a calzone and tried to get me to pay again. They gave away my calzone, gave me a completely different order, the guy next to me complained because I was given his order. Never coming back, horrible experience.

We arrived at the front door well after their opening hours but the doors were locked, despite the sign being on. This person was sitting inside and simply glared at us trying to open the door. I guess we interrupted her Angry Birds game.

Ordered a buffalo chicken… only got chicken. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch… got chicken, bacon fat… and nothing else. Don’t recommend. It’s sad that they can’t make good calzones on a slow night. On top of that, I’ve never had a great calzone here. We only go when the wait at Dp Dough is too long (but I wish we didn’t… $50 terribly spent).

Took my 15-year-old son here while the Georgia/ Georgia tech game was going on, game had already started so we had the place to ourself! which was awesome! Plenty of TVs to watch the game the food was great! We got the bacon and cheese curly fries and chicken bacon ranch calzone and lemon pepper wings and it was all great and good portions! Great price, great selection of beer or wine if you’d like. My 15-year-old said we definitely have a new spot that we can go to for date nights.

Horrific. Was given a time for picking up my order. He didn’t start making it until I arrived. Why send a confirmation time and prepay if it’s still another 30 minutes before it’s even ready because it’s not even been started. I learned to never come here again. Little Italy is my official go to from now on.

So I’m A Booking Agent And I Had A Celebrity Guest In Athens For An Event after the Event We Went To Eddies Because It Was Open And Our First Time trying Eddies , The Manager Was So Rude And Disrespectful and He Stated We Should Never Came If We Don’t Know What We Want To Order I Politely Told Him To Give Us Time And He Was Being Very Aggressive And Disrespectful Towards Our Guest not knowing who we where and honestly I’ve Been All Through out the U.S ON TOUR and NEVER seen customer service as such we are highly disappointed and don’t think he should be the face of you guys brand , Once I Tried to Complain The Older black Guy Wouldn’t give me his name and said I’m the manger and what he says goes!! This tour was filmed and the interaction at eddies was filmed also and we will be posting the interaction because it’s unacceptable..

I haven’t been downtown Athens in a while!!! I had my mind set on the Grill but it closed at 11:00PM Next thing in site was Eddie’s. So of course, I walked on over to Eddie’s to grab me some wings (shown below)! The new Eddie’s is definitely not the old Eddie’s & I will not return. It was HORRIBLE! Eddie used to have the some of the BEST WINGS IN ATHENS BUT NOW THEY’RE DISGUSTING Then they had the nerves to charge for RANCH…….
