PUPUSATIME in Hollywood, Florida is an absolute GEM! They just opened their new location about two weeks ago, and wow — they are already setting the bar high for authentic Salvadoran food.
We tried the beef and cheese pupusa and it was hands down the best pupusa I’ve ever tasted. Perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, soft and packed with flavor on the inside. The beef was seasoned perfectly, the cheese was melted just right, and every bite was incredible. You can tell everything is made fresh and with love.
The staff was welcoming, the place is clean, and you can feel the pride they have in their food. If you’re anywhere near Hollywood, Florida and craving authentic El Salvadorian cuisine, PUPUSATIME is a must-try.
We’ll definitely be back for more!

Pupusatime was absolutely delicious!! Everything is from scratch and made to order. I went here for lunch and it really did not disappoint. I got one jalapeño and cheese pupusa and the revuelta pupusa, which has beans, pork, and cheese. It does take a little while for them to be made, but they are worth your time! They also do takeout if you want to order ahead, and it comes with the sauce and cabbage salad.

Pupusatime has some tasty authentic dishes, the pupusas are flavorful and fresh. It’s the kind of comfort food that makes you appreciate small, family run spots. This is a mom and pop operated shop and loved the out of the country home like feel.
The customer service could use some improvement. The staff wasn’t very attentive or welcoming during my visit and it felt like I was more of an interruption than a guest.
A smile or a bit more engagement would go a long way in making the experience more inviting.

The most authentic pupusas in all south Florida and I’m from Honduras! So that says a lot! They are always made hot to order and the pickled salad that comes with your order is just divine! The wait isnt too long and the prices are very reasonable. I cant wait to try their other menu items…but they’re pupusas have me on a tight leash!!!

Solid spot for takeout! Small inside and parking can be a challenge, but so worth it. I got the pepperoni pupusa and the chorizo and jalepeno pupusa. They give you lots of toppings/sauce with your order. Great value. It’s Pupusa Time!!

I’ve been having my eye on this place for a while and have been wanting to try it. My first time ever having a pupusa. This place did not disappoint. It was truly delicious. We had the birria pupusa and the wings. I recommend this place for anyone who is interested. Not pictured is their delicious cabbage slaw and wonderful drink options.

I love pupusas and was so exposed when I just happened to be in the area and was hungry. I ordered the usual revueltas and waited almost 45 minutes for 2.My husband has pork chunks and yuca fries that were 15 $. His palate had 5 small pieces of yuca fries and 4 pieces of pok chunks..crazy.The pupusa was very dry and not very tasty. The cabbage mix was dry and they gave a very little portion. I am used to going to a great place in Hialeah and sadly I won’t be coming here.Alao the guy at the counter wasn’t very friendly and the location was not packed for the mediocre service. Not worth the hype.
