The lady that was there today (1/20/26) was rude and very disrespectful. I went in there because I ordered my sub on the app, and I got the entry wrong food. The Indian guy seemed not to know what he was doing.
When I went in to get my order correct, the lady said “ I didn’t make your food nor mix it up so I don’t know why you’re giving me that look” first of all that’s so inappropriate to say. This isn’t the first time this lady has had horrible attitude.
I left and didn’t take that food. And she wanted to say as I was walking out, people make mistakes. I understand that, but this isn’t the first time they have messed up my order. Mistakes you learn from it. They don’t keep occurring.

Would not recommend. Ordered on the app and was excited for my sub. When I got there it said on the receipt that they were out of lettuce. Not a big deal. But when I got back to eat my sub neither of my sauces were on it. For the person that made it to write on the receipt right above it baffles me. If you can’t read my simple sub order with not much on it you might wanna go back to elementary school. Everyone should take their money else where.

For a short while under the new ownership, this Subway was great. But we have gotten stale bread 3 times in a row, when the bread is 99% of why anyone goes to Subway. Also today they were out of lettuce which seems insane for a sub shop. The app consistently fails to tell you what they’re out of or no longer sell — which is maybe not this location’s fault but frustrating nonetheless.

I would avoid this Subway and I would highly recommend going to the Subway at 28th and Clyde Park, cheaper prices, better quality, friendlier employees and open 24 hours a day.
This location is out of tomatoes alot.
Today they were out of shredded cheese.

10/24/25 My 2 sons and I ordered subs, Blt and 2 of the meals of the day which was tuna, they gave my 16yr old special needs son the last of the tuna and made fresh tuna for my sub, 1 and 1/2 hours later my son’s stomach was hurting and he threw up his whole foot long sub. They gave him bad tuna and food poisoned him.
2/25/26 Went to this Subway to get my son a BLT sub and the employee must have been a new employee but she only put on a tiny bit of shredded cheese and when I asked for a little bit more she said that she was going to have to charge more and I told her that I have never seen them put that little amount of shredded cheese on at that store or any other Subway and she added a tiny bit more as she complained that if she puts too much shredded cheese on then she gets in trouble or will get fired.
This is the worst Subway I’ve ever been at I only go to this location because they accept EBT from qualified recipients.

The girl kept giving me dirty looks and was being so stingy with toppings. My friend asked for spinach and she literally put like 8-11 leaves on her foot long. never going back to this location again. She was also on the phone and i swear it seemed like she was talking shit based on her body language and how she looked at us and then proceeded to laugh after.

My wife and I wanted Subway for dinner, but have had poor experiences with our closest store (Grandville). We decided to go to this 28th St. store. I had The Boss, and my wife had the Garlic Roast Beef. Both were really good! The service was good also. I wanted to point out that there was a young man behind the counter that obviously was in training. That’s OK, everyone goes through the learning process. What stood out was that even though he was new, he greeted us with a smile, and asked what he could get started for us. Well done young man, I’m sure do a great job!

every single time i order delivery from this place they forget something without fail. 9 times out of 10 if you get 2 sub combos, expect to only get 1 bag of chips and 1 drink because they do not be reading those tickets lmfao. in-person isn’t much better, the only reason i ever get my full order is because i’m physically there to ask them for the 3 things i paid for that they didn’t give me. try a different subway if you can

Made an app order to pickup. Went through the drive through to pick up the order. Was told people picking up orders had to come inside. Why? There were two employees sitting and doing nothing when I went inside. Every other place you order on an app gives you the order through their drive thru.
