Aspen is the best subway worker I have ever met in my life. That sandwich she made was genuinely the best I’ve ever gotten from one of these establishments. This is by far the best subway here in bend, its not even close. If you have self respect, you’ll eat here. Also once again, thank you aspen. You changed my life. I will return for you.

My family and I stopped into the South 97 location in Bend for lunch around 1230pm on 11/26/25. I dont know the boy’s name, but he was amazing. He was working the lunch rush by himself and never once complained or had anything negative to say. He stayed friendly and worked quickly, even when people just kept coming in. Whoever he is, he is phenomenal and definitely an asset to your team!

Brandy is amazing! Also Lane is amazing they both do great work! The sandwich was exactly as I expected, they told me about subclub. They were the most helpful and friendly people i’ve ever seen at this subway!

I stopped in at a location I don’t usually. I only eat at Subway when I have coupons. Ordered a subway club, minus the ham and cheese. “I threw one extra piece of meat on there” oh geez thanks. They skimped on the turkey and RB too. Thinnest Sammy I’ve ever gotten at a subway.
I get to the counter and I’m informed they don’t accept paper coupons at this location. Apparently the owner of this franchise has gone rogue. Never seen a franchisee refuse national mail coupons from any chain. Not even sure that’s legal in their contract. “We’ve had a sign up for awhile…” NO sign posted anywhere. The door, the order start, nowhere.
Paid 14$ instead of the 7.99 coupon that is honored at every other location I’ve ever visited. Should have just walked out. Won’t be visiting this location again.

I’m really disappointed with this Subway location. I came in with a valid Subway coupon and was told they don’t accept coupons here. What’s the point of offering promotions if customers can’t use them? I ended up leaving without ordering. I’ll be taking my business to a place that values their customers and honors the deals they advertise. To the lady with the crazy colored hair, you need to learn some manners.

I’ve been to the store twice now. The first time was on lunch. It was Extremely Busy with the two workers they had they were still able to pump out sandwiches at a decent time frame I just went in after work to get a sandwich. They were so busy helping online orders that I had to sit there and wait 10 minutes before I could even get helped. The lady threw some meat and cheese moved to the side and yet again I had to stand for two minutes before somebody else walked into the store and she continue to help them instead of just throwing some greens on my sandwich and helping me get out of the store.

The bread was so hard it was barely edible, and the sandwich was overloaded with mayo, making it unpleasantly soggy. I won’t be ordering this again

Love this subway! Service was great and the staff is super friendly. Always make you feel welcome, plus the food is always actually fresh too!

Waited 13 mins for an order that was supposed to be ready when I arrived. Only a couple with their dad was in there. 2 employees at 8pm but one sweeping when they close at 12am according to online. People first before chores people…. as a fellow door dasher this needs to improve.. time is money and I’m sure subway corp would say the same. Lack of initiative is sad these days
