Drove 30 minutes expecting to purchase a bucket of ice, as advertised, only to be told they don’t carry them at this location. They also only had enough ice for a small Cotton Candy flavor, which is available year-round anyway. Unfortunately, the buckets were posted as available but not actually in stock. Overall, it was a waste of time, and I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll wait for the beach location to open instead. This experience definitely needs improvement. The girl who helped me was actually really nice though.

We always look for a new ice cream experience everywhere we travel. Rita’s was also allergy friendly!! Great staff to help with the orders. Nice place to sit and eat while we visited with family and friends. We will be back!!

The best soft serve ice cream across the industry! I am sad that we are down to only 1 location in Duval County area…we have to cross into St John’s County now. Even though its almost a 1/2 hour drive for me, it’s worth it to get the creamist soft serve cone with little to no ice crystals. Please bring at least 1 location back to Duval!

Love this location! Shane has exceptional customer service and made us feel so welcome. This location is fast, professional, and clean. We were able to walk up place our order and within minutes be back on the road enjoying a delicious treat. We finished our Anniversary getaway with our favorite desert! My husband and I love Rita’s and really hope one day we get one in Valdosta GA!

Wow is all I have to say that was the best ice cream I have ever had! My girlfriend and I came to this location with our dogs for some ice cream and she wanted to run into dollar tree after we got ice cream. I ate all mine and she trusted me to not eat hers but this ice cream is so good that I ate some of hers moral of the story it’s addicting. I love a good ice cream
