Glad to have found this fine dining style of Thai food, in a not so great part of industrial Fredericksburg, but without having to drive all the way to Stafford in heavy traffic.

Drunken Noodles and Masa Munn curry were both generous portion size and delicious!!

Dining area is small, with table and chairs but no booths, not at all cozy.

Had lunch at Garnjana Thai Restaurant with my son, and it was a great experience! We started with two Thai iced teas and an order of spring rolls. The tea was delicious (though my son thought it could have been a touch sweeter), and the spring rolls were served hot and crispy—perfect start!

For our entrées, my son ordered the Panang Curry and I had my go-to, the Massaman Curry, both at a 2-star spice level. The heat was just right—flavorful without being overpowering.

Our server, Davis, was attentive and on point throughout the meal. The ambiance is cozy and quaint, nothing overly fancy, but very comfortable.

Overall, we were impressed and will definitely be back!

It seemed like there was just one person there for dinner, but he was doing fine keeping up with us and the drive up orders. Food was yummy. I would recommend they slice the egg rolls for a prettier presentation (it makes for ease of picking up by fork too). They were very yummy though.

Ordered the drunken noodles and it was like pad see ewe they didnt put the traditional bell peppers but it had broccoli and tasted more like chinese food with a hint of thai. It had too much soy sauce flavor rather than the sweet and spicy flavor profile. Ordered the dumplings and it was submerged in the sauce versus the sauce coming typically on the side due to this the dumpling was not eatable I usually like to dip the dumpling with a touch of the sauce versus the entire dumpling was over powered by the salty sour flavor. I will not be ordering from them again unless they make changes such as making traditional thai drunken noodles and having ensuring to keep all appetizers sauces on the side. I usually order thai from Bangkok Cafe they are amazing by the way but they were closed and thought id give these people a try but they ended up being a waste of money, not authentic and not thoughtful.

What a great find. We got the spring rolls; octopus balls, steak salad (Nam Thock), seafood soup, drunken noodles and basil fried rice.
The portions were great sized. The taste of each item was delicious. The soup was my meal, delicious and not lacking in seafood. Will definitely be going back again.

Stopped in for dinner. Pretty decent menu, we started with Tom Kha, Tom Yum, and Shrimp in a blanket. All were very good (sorry for no pics of the apps, but we were so hungry I forgot to take them! ) . We finished with chicken green curry and drunken noodles, both were delicious, and portion size was good. We had the mango and sticky rice for dessert, and It was delicious also. I took a star off only because I found a foreign object in my food,

We hadn’t been here since it was a Pizza Place a long time ago. So glad we got a reco to try their Thai food. It was fresh, cooked to our spice level, plentiful, and full of good quality ingredients. The Som Tum (green papaya salad) was spicy and sweet and a great counterpart to the Chicken Satay. Served off the stick, the chicken was plump and juicy, accompanied by a thick peanut sauce, and a well-prepared cucumber and onion salad. For entrées we had Pad Thai with chicken and large shrimp, quite a substantial portion. We also had Pork Prig King, a spicy dish with green beans. We left with plenty of leftovers but not before sharing fried bananas with coconut ice cream, hot & cold and sweet.
CC is a delightful server, helpful, accommodating, and sweet. We’ll be returning soon!

One of the tastiest and most unsuspecting Thai meals I’ve ever had. The spring rolls were idyllic with the perfect level of crunch. The 2 desserts we got were out of this world (specifically the jackfruit sticky rice & fried banana + toasted coconut ice cream). So many options for vegans and vegetarians. We will definitely be stopping here on the reg when passing through the Fredericksburg area.

Very slow service and the food took a while. One server for the whole restaurant and he was nice, but overwhelmed. Taking phone calls, serving tables, online pickups, etc. Wouldn’t recommend dining in, but maybe takeout. Food is okay, nothing extraordinary and very basic. Surprisingly the rice isn’t that good.

So tonight I ordered a Yum Nua and a pork belly pad kra pao! It was phenomenal! I also asked Tymir what would be a good appetizer and he recommended the beef Thai jerky. I just need to say thank you! It was absolutely delicious.my wife loved it. I truly appreciate you have employees that give recommendations. Thank you again!!
