Claim they was taking any orders after I stiff there for like 3 mins. A worker got up from the lobby then proceeded to the back and someone yelled out. We can’t take any orders right now. The system is down. Also there is plastic in the carnitas. Chipotle use to be one of the best fresh food places there was and establishments which these poor workers are running them in the ground. Do better guys.

Looks a MESS not how my bowl usually looks like why is the lettuce in the middle and the corn and salsa on top ? It does not look appealing at all . This was my son’s first time ordering from Chipotle. He is on the Spectrum. I attempted to explain the choices he had while the guy that waited on us became very impatient and rude. When I told him I needed to assist him, he said he’s a grown man and can order for himself. I Asked for the manager, he said he was the manager. That was not true. He ignored me until the real manager talked with me and apologized for him while he stood there still anger. I told him everyone is different and he shouldn’t assume anything about peoples abilities. I will NEVER come back to this location. The only reason I didn’t ask for my money back was because the manager and another young lady kept apologizing and I didn’t have time to stop anywhere else. The look on their faces said they’ve been through this before.

Literally got the lightest coldest fart of meat in our bowls. I paid for double meat and I didn’t even receive a single serving of meat. I should have looked at the reviews for this location. I flip this place off every time I drive by to make myself feel better . I contacted customer service and got a measley BOGO offer for a next visit, well, there won’t be a next time. Honestly, much worse things could have happened to me than getting a poor meal but it feels good to write this about a corporation.

Josh, who prepared my bowl, was incredibly nice and friendly. He paid close attention to detail and made my order with great care, ensuring all my needs were met.
Destiny greeted me at the cash register and was wonderfully friendly and kind.
Their positive attitudes made my overall visit very pleasant. It’s clear they both take pride in their work and truly care about the customer experience. Please recognize them for doing such a fantastic job!

I have been ordering through DoorDash and mobiles from the location on 111th and Cicero for three years because it’s close to me. The chips are never crunchy and the food is hit or miss, there are a few good people there. I wish I knew the name of the guy behind the counter that always greets and is great, I never have issues when he’s there. Honestly I thought chipotle fell off and had accepted it but wow am I glad I placed a DoorDash at this location accidentally! The food is amazing and the chips are on point! The food is proportioned in a way that lets the food shine! Kudos to the team here, from a real foodie! It’s so good I stopped eating to leave a review!

This particular Chipotle is always out of food. When you ask how long of a wait it will be the employees say “I don’t know, we have to prep it”. Although it is the closest chipotle to me, I will not be patronizing them anymore because it is a waste of my time and in addition to them not having food, the employees always have a TERRIBLE attitude. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

If I could give this place, a half star I would. The girl that prepared my order was very rude. The rice was undercooked. This location is always out of something which is irritating! Today there was no steak, no sour cream and no fajita veggies. On top of that the lobby was filthy. I wish I would have read the reviews for this location before going because I know other Chipotle locations that don’t miss. I hate it here

Heavy set dude with the brown/blond locs is extremely rude and lazy, act like he dont want to do his job. Chips was extremely stale. When asked for more I was told ” I aint even gone lie to you these the chips from this morning they all stale” . Its clear that they dont make a new batch of chips. The food was disgusting no flavor. I was highly upset and disappointed. What a waste of money.
