The employees at this Starbucks are mostly terrible. They’re rude and don’t know how to work in customer service. I always tip them well, but wind up regretting it half the time. Don’t order through the app if you’re going through the drive through.. you think you’re making it easier for them and in return they make it a pain for you.

Shouldn’t be asked for a tip until you get your food. Breakfast sandwich 100% cold. Mind you there is sausage on it. Normally coffee cake is warmed up- wasn’t asked and it was cold.

I ordered a decaf grande caramel macchiato with almond milk. It was awful; flat and watery. I like the staff at this location, but something was radically wrong with the execution of that drink. Real waste of money. Poured this one out in the parking lot of another local coffee shop. Ordered a similar drink. It was delicious. Thank goodness. I really needed to get that dishwater taste of the Starbucks concoction out of my mouth.

Order was understood very well, my drink is more simple and often misunderstood. There were samples offered, so tasty. It was a little messy in the seating area. It was busy! Great service!

I work out in the community going into peoples homes and I spend a lot of time at your stores because my office is in my car. Today at Starbucks in Stanwood, which I frequent daily and spend money at most days, I was told I could not use the bathroom because I left the store after my purchase and then returned. I was also told I could not sit in the cafe area without a purchase despite having spent over $20 there earlier today. I had to walk across the parking lot and use the restroom at Jack in the Box. This was a humiliating experience. I was told this is a new nation wide policy in your stores. I will no longer spend money in your stores.

Great Starbucks location. I go here often and they are always fast and very nice. They never mess up my order like some Starbucks and they always make my drinks perfect! The staff is very fast in the drive thru and always willing to chat with you. Love this Starbucks
