Got the chicken curry combo and it was well worth it. They give you a little bit of everything and it all tastes so good. The pork buns were probably the best item on the menu with the chicken curry being a close second.

We stopped to grab to-go before heading to our hike. The location was clean, the staff was kind and efficient, and the food – it was incredible. Every dish we had was executed to perfection. We had 2 orders of dumplings, and honestly were a bit sad we didn’t get more. The cold noodle salad was a nice mix of soft, creamy, and crunchy. The sesame balls were perfection – soft, warm and light! The wonton soup hit the spot after the hike. The buns were great, but personally I would prefer more filling and less dough. Overall, can’t wait to be back!

Good and cheap! This place is amazing – we visit whenever we come to Charlottesville. My mother is a Chinese Cook and this place is on point when it comes to taste, authenticity and value! We have met the owner and her team is friendly and fast. Here you get good food served by good people!

Sesame noodles are delicious as are the sesame balls. Not a fan of the bun. Steamed veggie dumplings good. Atmosphere could use some updates but the food makes up for it. Always prefer washable plates and utensils for eat in, none of which present to limit trash. Nice employees. To go is usually what I do.

Fantastic food and friendly, accommodating customer service. While in the area, I stopped here for some takeout. The chicken curry is really, really good. There’s just enough spice to it to add a depth of flavor but not too much that it makes it hard to eat. I’d definitely order it again. The dumplings were crispy and the filling is delicious. The bao are soft, fluffy, and just slightly sweet which works really well with the savory filling. I highly recommend Marco & Luca!

Fast & delicious. Steamed Dumplings, hot & sour soup, pork buns & hibiscus tea. Would pass on the pork buns….not my favorite anywhere. The rest was fantastic….the tea fabulous! Will grab sesame balls on way out & will be back!
