I mean… something desperately needs to be done about how long it takes to get served at this location. 10 minutes in the drive-through is a QUICK day. Don’t know if it’s short staffing or training or what, but it’s always a problem. Be sure to schedule at least 15 minutes of your day while visiting.

The wait time here is always absolutely insane… today I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru line for two drinks and hash browns and it’s the last time I’ll waste my time at this location. By the time I got to the window and received my drinks, I was told my food would be right out. I saw a bag on the rack waiting and had a feeling it was mine. Meanwhile I waited an additional almost 10 minutes before they handed me the bag waiting on the rack. There had to have been 6+ people working inside from what I could see and they still can’t properly handle the incoming business. I’ve seen lesser staffed locations handle the same work load so I can only assume it’s a management issue. Go to literally any other location if you can or support another business

Review after review referencing the wait times as a problem yet nothing changes. How is it that you can have 10 people working and the drive-through is still to the road with no movement? I sat in line for two minutes and only one car had their order completed. Keep in mind there’s probably 15 cars in line… What a mess!

Hands down the worst dunkin donuts in western massachusetts! We did 35 minutes for a $3.30 hot coffee. That should have taken 30 seconds to make! I used to run a Dunkin’ Donuts. They have 10 people in there and still can’t get stuff out. In a timely manner. I’ve done a better job with half of the staff. Explain to me how 13 people from the drive through can get their drinks before 2 people from dining Get theirs. You’re better off going To westbrookfield for your coffee.It’ll take you less time to drive there than wait for it this one.

They’re never too slow at the window no matter how many cars are lined up. Just amazing and unbelievable service. Oh and I’ve never had to return an item wrongly made other than extra cinnamon or caramel drizzle. Simple things.
