but this Alfredo was an abomination… for the price point it was very skimpy and burnt to the point the noodles were hard and some unedible. I’ve had the Alfredo before and it was good quality and a good amount. Very disappointed in the Alfredo 0/10.

This location is extremely incosnsitent. Recently it has leaned more towards worse orders. Years ago we got consistently great food, with no complaint. But over the past 6-8months we have recieved pizzas with minimal sauce (if you order something different than normal marinara). The toppings have mainly been either “where are the toppings” or “did they use a shovel to measure these portions?”. From our past 3 orders, the first was a garlic sauce base pizza and you couldn’t even taste or barely see the sauce, the second one came with raw dough on a pan pizza, and the last looked like they dumped 6 cups of buffalo sauce on the pizza. I love buffalo sauce, but when the sauce makes a pool in the middle of your pizza and drips everywhere when you pick it up, youve put too much. I could tell right when I opened the pizza. I apologize for the long review but this location used to be great a yeat or so ago, but now it is a luck of the draw to get something quality. To finish, the service is usually top tier, but the last time my wife was in to pick up a pizza she saw the person at the register dig in their nose and sprinkle it on the floor. The workers at the Domino’s on main Street here in Madisonville need a RAISE!!! These people always go above and beyond to make sure that their Pizza is top notch. The last pizza I had from them was like a work of art. And it is very rare to find that these days. I highly recommend going here to get your pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some parmasian bytes and the pizzas were not put together properly. We had to eat them with a fork Too much sauce, cheese was put on first, and very sloppy with the condiments. This is 2 times in a row that we have had sub par food. Estimated time was 15 minutes off, and the previous time it was over an hour. Will not be back again, keep my free food points.

I thought my order was wrong when the delivery guy got there, when I said let me check my phone he thru up his hands and said we didn’t do anything wrong and you’re not going to tip!! I gave him tip money after I’d already put a tip on my card, I told him it he was going to be hateful to give it back and he did. I did order wrong I admit that but he was rude to demand a tip after I’d already paid one online. They were also rude when I called after an hour waiting when the tracker said 18-28 minutes. Said not sure why it told me that they had 20 orders and 1 driver. I get it they’re short staffed I am too but I’ve never been treated as badly by food service workers as I have been today. Also the garlic bites and pizza were all way over cooked, again I get being short staffed, if I’d been treated properly I would have eaten it and just been grateful for delivery on a cold Drury day. I should have just taken my lazy butt to little Ceasars

I have ordered from here many times and it is usually very good. Tonight was a disaster. I spent over $50 on pizzas and they were terrible. There was barely any cheese on them. I called to let them know what the problem was and the night manager was very rude. I don’t plan on giving them my money again any time soon. Hope it’s better for others.
