At MasFajitas, we take great pride in preparing from scratch our Salsas, Guacamole, Beans, Pico de Gallo, Shredded Chicken, Ground Beef, and much more. The history of MasFajitas started in 1997 when brothers Albert and Mario Sorto learned at their uncle’s restaurant in Houston many of the great recipes we serve today. They took their knowledge and hard work to open the first MasFajitas location in Caldwell in 1997. There are now 7 locations in central Texas: Caldwell, Taylor, Round Rock, Georgetown, Killeen, Temple and College Station. One thing has remained consistent during these decades of hard work, their passion for fresh and flavorful food everyday!

The food is decent. You can’t be $.99 tacos on Tuesdays. I tried the fajitas, surprisingly the chicken is better than the beef. Queso was solid and crispy tacos were good. But the staff there are excellent. They are attentive and very nice.

MasFajitas in Pflugerville was an absolute standout: vibrant atmosphere, great music, excellent service and food that hits the spot. But what truly made the night unforgettable was Delia. Her warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care elevated the entire experience. She’s a gem, and we’ll be back because of her. My fave dish is the Southwest Dinner with Traditional Sauce.

I received a recommendation to try the carne guisada enchiladas here so I did. These were some of the best enchiladas I’ve had in a long time. The suace is flavorful and the carne guisada is tender. Im not sure which type of cheese they use but I love it. Its soft and delicious. The red salsa has a little kick and is blended up nicely the way I like it. The chips are just okay. The nachos are mostly beans with a tiny portion of meat. I love nachos and these do not make the mark. I added a side of extra queso for the nachos but should’ve skipped it. Its basic …frankly I’ll never order it again. I did return today for the carne guisada enchiladas and they are just as good as they were on my 1st visit. The margarita has a nice taste …you may wanna add a floater. Overall I like this nice vibrant spot and absolutely recommend the enchiladas! Also check out their lunch and happy hour deals they have some pretty good options.

We love this place. We come once a week. Let me start with the fact that we miss our fish daddy’s, but when you are able to come and have dinner in an enjoyable atmosphere with drinks, food, and service that is not only delicious, but consistent… I cant complain! We must admit that Liz is our favorite! She is so attentive and relatable. There is no one else i would rather give all the tips to! If you come for dinner, please ask to sit in her section…. and enjoy the rest of your evening!

Amazing service from the moment we went in til the finish!
Our waiter came right over to ask for our drinks and since we weren’t quite ready yet, we asked for waters.. chips and salsa came right away.. we started off with pupusas, which I will always get whenever they are available no matter where.. these were small but delicious nonetheless and I asked for extra cabbage with no problems at all.. next we ordered margs (strawberry with grand marnier shot on the side and passion fruit) which were also good.. for main course we got the al pastor plate and those small tacos plate (taquitos).. both were delicious and flavorful! Some guy kept going to our table.. we didn’t mind at all because he was making sure we were doing good and got everything we needed/wanted.. he even recommended to make egg scramble with the leftover meat we had (which we did next day for breakfast!) We ended with the apple pie dessert with ice cream.. can’t complain!
Overall a great experience compared to the Round Rock location.. Will definitely be back!!

My daughter and I went tonight to Masfajitas and our server was Ulises who was just the nicest ever! I dont eat meat and he suggested the fried avocado. Omg!!! Was delicious the food is great to begin with but when you have a great waiter, the food taste even better! Love this place. Will definitely be going back and will for sure ask for Ulises! My daughter is a meat eater and she had the chicken fajitas which she said was also great!

We have been coming here for about 2 months and have had a great experience each time. Liz was our waitress twice and is amazing! Very attentive, knowledgeable and super friendly. We hope to be back soon and see her again.
