Both of our pizzas weren’t cut through. We put ours in through mobile order. Ordered cheese sauce instead of marinara and there was basically no sauce on the pizza. Thank goodness we ordered dipping sauces, because that really saved the pizzas. We will continue to use this location simply because it’s the only one in our area. When we pulled up to this location, we asked if we could add on a brownie. The cashier looked very confused. We used cash to pay and she had a hard time making change. It was a $20 & she just needed to handed us 3 $5’s and some change. She was extremely confused.

I have had two extremely poor experiences here ordering the lunch combo. Both times the pizza was very old and hard with very few toppings. Other locations make it fresh with lots of cheese, this location is terrible. Due to my work schedule I can’t run back for a fresh one, some changes need to be made.

Your store is constantly closing early, they are not open and not taking orders past 9 most of the time. Either the hours need to reflect 9pm closing or the staff needs to stop closing early. Yes there are people inside past 9 – that does not matter if there is no food inside and the “oven is turned off” for the night preventing new orders.

Got the pretzel pizza and it was great only problem was they forgot to cut it. I was not mad but I did call to inform them that it was uncut. They apologized and I told them I was amused by this as it was the first time it has happened. Will go back cause I love that pretzel pizza!

Pizza was amazing fast and fresh! I generally order from this location. They are so quick and my pizza always looks fresh. Their customer service is really good after new management. They keep the store very clean! Overall I like this store!
