This establishment offers an exceptional sushi experience, characterized by high-quality fish and outstanding service. The interior design and atmosphere create an intimate and welcoming environment. The staff provides friendly and attentive service. The sushi burritos are particularly noteworthy, offering a satisfying and substantial meal, and they are one of the few places that offer and prepare them so well. Their unique and well-prepared rolls are also a highlight. The bluefin Toro tasting provided a memorable culinary experience. A visit to this restaurant is highly recommended.

Tasty and a good selection of food. However I only gave 3 stars because they are overpriced and some of the prices were just rediculous. I ordered the pork buns because my daughter really wanted them, but $7 each for a little bun 1/5 the size of a sandwich? C’mon.

The food here is OK, but the service is very bad. We sat for over an hour and waited for our food and saw a family that came in after us get there food. The rolls we ordered sat on the sushi bar for about 35 minutes before they were brought over. I had to ask for water 3 times before getting some. They told us the kitchen was busy but the restaurant was only at about 40% full, it should never take over an hour for some food that takes 20 minutes to make. Will not be coming back and would not recommend. Overall 15/100

We stopped here for dinner and were absolutely appalled by the service. The drinks were terrible, the food was mediocre, and the service disrespectful. We ordered a Mai tai which was very strong. We asked the waitress if they could either remake the drink or order something else. The manager was brought over and he said well the table next to us has been drinking them with no problem. To which we said well it’s too strong and he’s driving. He said well then don’t order a drink. Completely rude. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I have been ordering and dining with Masa for maybe 2 years now and not only are they consistently delicious they are the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet! Tony normally delivers for me and we love seeing him he is so friendly and asks how me and the kids are doing like family. The door is sooooo fresh. I have dined at some of the fanciest Sushi restaurants in NY and even they don’t come close. I will literally never go anywhere else lol

Been going here for almost a decade. I’m very picky when it comes to sushi and I can honestly say this is probably one of the best sushi places on Long Island. The fish is always super fresh and the rolls are absolutely delicious. Great flavor combinations and different. Once you go here once, you’ll get hooked!!!
