Read other reviews here, our experience was beyond poor. Should have trusted our gut and left when we walked in and was met by a extremely rude old lady. Made my order, way over priced, and she tried to upcharge me with out asking… so as we are waiting 12 minutes for a famous bowl and chicken little (12$) I watch her walk back and no glove, no wash, just grab a handful of fries and put them in my bowl use the corn spoon to spoon my gravy, and put under cooked cheese curds on top of it all.. We threw this in the trash waste of money and my lunch, thanks alot..

Stopped in from out of town. And walked right as a rush hit. The gentleman at the front counter was clearly flustered and getting overwhelmed but he quickly explained it was only his second day. And he stepped up repeated the order. Worked with Cook staff. Food was on point hot and tasty fast.

This is a great location. While I can’t say much about the dining room as I’ve yet to go inside. They’ve always got my order ready and I haven’t had to wait very long in the drive through. While I didn’t get the attendants name he provided great and friendly service during my stay.

Ordered 8 piece meal and did not get one breast let alone two and I don’t like dark meat so a total waste of money! Also, I ordered mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and only gave me mashed potatoes. Called about this but would not answer even though they were still open! Paid $40.00 for this mess so I will be calling or going up there tomm. Update: Thankfully, I got a refund from Doordash. I will not be ordering KFC from this location anytime soon!!!

When I get fried chicken, I go to KFC in Columbus Indiana. However, there always seems to be something wrong or missing with my orders. Today, I paid over five dollars for a large coleslaw and the container wasn’t even half full. When I called and spoke to the manager, he just blew me off.

Hey! This is for jade, that works in the window! How does it feel to act better than people when you’re the one standing in a ff restaurant taking our orders rude as all ever, forgot multiple items of the order, my husband had food SLUNG at him through the window by that jade girl. She really needs to be moved to fryers or something, there’s no REASON ANYONE ever should be treated that way, having a bad day or not, guess you shouldn’t have came in if you where going to treat customers that way.

I love KFC food, but I have recently quit eating it. I found that when I go to pick up or dine in that the staff present themselves as people who don’t want to be there. They talk as if they are depressed, the food is never as you order it, and they get angry when you bring that up as it’s your fault. I’m not talking about one specific location. a large majority of them have the same attitude. I don’t know how other people feel, but im tired of sugar coating it. Owners, GM’s, Managers and employees need to DO BETTER.
