The servers are super friendly and greet you straight away. We asked what the popular dishes are and she was able to name several off the menu. We chose from her recommendations and were not disappointed.
The restaurant itself is large and spacious. Plenty of room to bring large gatherings. The restaurant was also very clean and neatly decorated.
The food. That’s what it’s all about. The food. I loved all the legit Thai food flavors as they transported me back to Thailand. Not only were their flavors spot on but the way they plate is a-mazing! I felt like I was eating art!
I understand why they names themselves “exquisite,” because they are! Run don’t walk and check them out!
“Thai Nakorn” which my family frequented for 5+ years has been replaced by Mother Tew’s.
The dining room has been remodeled to look more elegant and the food followed suit, with the addition of garnishes of presumably edible flowers. They play overly loud pop EDM to accompany your meal, maybe to distract you from realizing that their portion sizes are noticeably smaller, and their prices now resemble modern fusion pop-up restaurants.
I wanted to give them a chance, but our family won’t be back. Although the food all tastes decent, I still have a bitter taste in my mouth when I found out they charged $8 to add shrimp to my $16 pad thai that only had 3 shrimp.
I also tried their coconut soup and khao soi noodles also coconut milk based. I felt these were lacking in flavor.

The combination fried rice, chicken satay, shrimp rolls, the jumbo water prawns were the best dishes. Second favorite was chicken pad Thai wrapped in scrambled egg!! Mango sticky rice was absolutely perfect
This Thai place has a lot of positive things as well. They served one of the finest Thai Cuisine that we tried so far in Southern California. We ordered Shrimp Egg Rolls, Chicken Satay, Fried Rice with Chili, Basil & Chicken, Drunken Noodles with Beef, and Mango Sticky Rice. The food was amazingly fresh, delicious, decorated, and cooked with perfection! The meat (both Chicken and Beef) was well cooked, and the spice level was moderate. Previously I have eaten Thai food at a bunch of Thai places but most of the time I experience heartburn lately because of the spice but this time I didn’t have such experience. And last but not the least, their desserts are simply so good! We liked all the items we ordered but Mango Sticky Rice was the game changer. It was tantalizingly delicious and beautifully decorated. We later came to know that the Chef of this place used to work at a 5 Star Hotel, and he has already shown the sign of that delicacy through the food as well as the decoration. A big thumbs up to the Chef for his nice work. The price seems alright considering the quality, amount, and decoration of the food. Hopefully we will come back to this place again in near future expecting their service would be way better at that time!
Service was great too! I would definitely go again.
