PLACE (6/10): It was a bit hard to find the place, it’s tucked away at the back. I’m not sure if the sign was small or if I just missed it. Inside, the design was either intentionally very minimalistic or slightly neglected. For example, there was a restroom but no sign; I had to ask to be sure.

PRICE (7/10): Standard pizzas cost $22. Build-your-own pizza starts at $14, with each additional topping costing $2. I made my own with mushroom, olive, meatball, and green pepper.

SERVICE (8/10): The crust was thin, so the vegetable flavors were more intense. Not exactly my style, but good for those who like it. Overall, not perfect but good enough.

ATTITUDE (9/10): Staff were very cheerful and welcoming.

CLEANLINESS (9/10): It’s Ok.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND HIDDEN COSTS (10/10): None.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: Decent quality and friendly service, but the atmosphere could be improved.

I was more impressed with this than I expected, and am a serious pizza snob. Crust was thin but also floppy, which I like (not a Portnoy guy). Price was very reasonable as well. I’d definitely go back, though the inside is kind of spartan. Had a guy last week tell me this was his favorite pizza place, and went twice when it wasn’t open, which was annoying. Solid pizza contender, though not really a sit down and go for a family meal place, more of a carryout. But someone there knows how to make and cook pizza, so bravo!

I was honestly a little nervous at first, but that feeling disappeared immediately once I called. Kate took my order and she was hands down one of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever talked to. She was patient, upbeat, and got everything completely sorted out without making me feel rushed at all.

By the end of the call, I was smiling and totally confident in my order. Customer service like that makes such a difference, and it really stood out. Huge shoutout to Kate for being absolutely amazing — I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Okay I was finally able to taste this pizza and I was not impressed at all. We placed order via phone, parked in the auto parts parking lot (to the right when you exit the Church Street Pizza front door), gave our credit card to the employee after arriving and the employee placed the pizza on our front passenger seat. When we got home, we warmed up the pizza in our oven, I tried the pizza and the bottom crust reminded me of cardboard, did not taste good at all.

2 weeks prior, My wife says this pepperoni pizza tastes better than any other pizza we’ve had (in Chantilly, Reston, Richmond, Quinton Virginia, North Carolina etc). She ordered online while I was driving (less than 10 minutes prior to arrival), she selected the option for them to make the pizza ready ASAP, we arrived in the parking lot adjacent to the building where they are located, parked, she called them and said that we are here for curbside pickup, a nice young lady brought the pizza to us with a mask on and gave it to me through my driver side window. My wife ordered me a slice too but she ended up my slice too since it was so good and since I told her that she can have my slice. There seems to be parking in front of their door but we probably needed to enter the shipping center some other way.

Good NY style pie in the town where I grew up. Yup, I ordered a third slice after my 1st two. Anchovies and banana peppers were very good, gyro meat a bit dry, not much flavor.

Don’t be fooled by the old reviews and picture of the old location. I wish I took a pic of that ridiculous new location!
It used to be a great tasting pizza and place. Not anymore, we were very disappointed by the taste of our pizza. We ordered over the phone asked for delivery they said it takes more than hour , we opted for pick up. Showed up there at unmarked building back door where you can’t go in because there is no place for counter/check out. It is a straight up kitchen run by a bunch of 16yr old girls literally!
They were lacking professionalism, customer service and common decency.
The taste was sooooooooo bland and the crust was barely cooked!
Please get a proper location with proper equipment, chef and staff.
This operation was a joke!

The pizza is outstanding, I love how crispy the crust is, and how light the sauce is. Absolutely delicious. The salads are also fresh, and the lettuce is crispy, the dressing is perfect. I have always enjoyed Church st pizza!

Placed an order they made the incorrect pizza. Asked me wait so they could remake it. So I get one warm pizza and one cold…if anything I would have expected them to warm up the other one and maybe throw in the cold pizza but nope. I guess these folks don’t know what customer service is. We order a lot of pizza from church street but will be looking elsewhere from here on.
