Went in for Day 1 of my birthday celebrations, walked in with full crown and bday sash it brightened up everyone’s day hehe.
Our waitress was nice, organized, thought ahead, non-judmental about my food allergies and me being so extra for my bday activities.
We ordered waffles with eggs, turkey bacon, grits and had browns and they were as great as expected. The hot chocolate was good though it would have been better to fully desolve the powder in a smaller amount of hot water then fill the cup after.
They no longer have the syrup basket but as you can see in the photos they do service it in little cups upon request.
Overall the experience was nice, not a long wait time, and friendly environment. It would have been sad if this place was closed but Im happy its still standing. Until next time, happy eating

I had 2 eggs over easy… white toast… ham.. hash browns…. eggs and toast were acceptable… but 2 2″x2″ pieces of ham… frozen square of hash browns… deep fried …not fresh made… that were over fried and had to be cut with knife… very disappointed… won’t be back

This was my second visit to IHOP, and unfortunately, it was disappointing .
During our last visit, we were not satisfied with the service provided by Lisa, so we chose not to leave a tip.
This time, when we returned, she was again at the front desk. Instead of welcoming us, she said, “I basically remember the non-tippers,” which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. The overall interaction was not friendly or welcoming.we just walked out without having breakfast .
Customer service should make guests feel valued, regardless of past experiences. I hope management addresses this situation to ensure a more positive and respectful environment for all customers.

I would really love to give a shout out to Lisa our waitress..we come at least once a week and she is always our waitress..very kind and generous so approachable if we need anything she’s got it done I can’t stress enough how much we love her and because of her personality and dedication to you is why we return…the prices and food can improve of course but Lisa always makes sure we have the best regardless!! I’m writing this on behalf of 4 women who adore her! She definitely deserves a RAISE!! Sincerely your faithful customers

I was going to give the waitor the benefit of the doubt because I work hospitality and understand stressful busy days but the waitor incorrectly took our order, when asked to fix got an attitude and proceeded to slam plates down on our table when serving us. I ordered crepes and when they came with no vanilla filling as advertised I complained. Waitor took it back and brought me my same crepes I took a bit of now with filling but cold. Then when the check came it was wrong. I order 3 meals 2 sodas and 2 hot chocolates. There was a juice cocktail, coffee and whole other meal on my bill I didn’t even order I had to go over the bill twice to have items removed and eventually had to outline what I ordered with a crayon to solve the problem. Literal worst service I’ve ever had and ive been called derogatory names at some places

Went here yesterday, had to wait like 10 minutes to get seated, waited another 20 minutes to get drinks ordered. The drinks arrived at a decent time, but the person spilled it all over my friend. Zero apologies for that instance by the way, nor did she try to clean up her mess, or even give us straws for the drinks. Waited another 10 minutes to see the server taking somebody else’s order, people who arrived later than we did – at which point we just left. Terrible experience. So overall, a waste of about 45 minutes or so. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

Same atmosphere as it was the last time they were open(10yrs). I had the Colorado omelet with a short- stack of pancakes. The omelet was cooked well, loaded with plenty of filling. The pancakes were “fluffy” enough for my taste with decent syrup.

Just my wife and I on a Sunday, so we knew it would be a little busy, which it wasn’t too bad. The table had an open bottle of hot sauce, which was a bit crusty. They took our order, which we ordered the same thing breakfast burritos and two pancakes, with coffee. We never received our coffee until I said something after the food got sat down, and the waitress apologized and sat down a single cup of coffee for my wife. The burritos had old tortillas, which clearly were microwaved, and the insides all, though very skimpy on food, were lacking bacon, eggs, and hollandaise sauce with mushy hashbrowns The pancakes were good, though. I sent mine back, but my wife tried to be nice. I tried to eat hers and got through most of it. I helped her by keeping the gnats (in December) away from her.
We received the check, which they did take my meal off. But I made sure to charge my wife ($4) for her late, single cup of coffee, which no refills were offered or given. We went to pay it at the front counter like all Ihops but a sign saying pay the table forced us back. $20 for 1 cup of coffee, 1 microwaved burrito, 2 pancakes. This was very disappointing. **update** I reached out to the email and number provided below and after giving them my info they promised atleast a coupon for my troubles, weeks later, I received nothing. Very decieving.
