We visited as a group of 4 and ordered 9 Thai Tapas dishes between us. It was enough food (if we were to go again we would add some rice and some noodles maybe) and the price was really reasonable.
The quality of the food is really impressive for the price, it doesn’t taste like “takeaway” it’s fresh, not too salty and served with a smile!
We will be coming back here 100%
We were a group of 8 so we were given a private area to sit in and it was the best ever table I’ve come across for a group this size for dinner.
The food flavours were delicious and everyone enjoyed the dishes they’d chosen as well as tasting those others had chosen.
The staff were very lovely, light hearted, accommodating and easy going too.
A good place to go for a tasty meal out.
Eateries need to decide if they are a takeaway or a restaurant.
However, the service was very poor. Slow, inattentive. The waitress was particularly moody and disinterested. We wanted to order dessert but no-one attended to us for ages after we’d finished the meal. We had to get up three times from the table to ask for things like water, bill, dessert menu. By the time we’d asked to see the dessert menu the waitress told us the kitchen closed ten mins ago. V annoying.
It’s a shame because the decor was lovely and the food was some of the best Thai we’d had in Harrogate.
Not gonna lie, at first I thought this place was closed. Don’t worry, it’s just the outside lighting and the fact I’m blinder than a deaf bat. Once inside we confirmed out booking and were quickly brought to our table upstairs.
And then we had the entire upstairs table to ourselves all night long. I don’t know if I give off my awkwardness in tangible waves that the waitstaff could feel, like vibrations in water, but we were alone and off in the corner and, frankly, I was ecstatic. Maybe it was because it was already half 8. Maybe it was because it was a Friday night in September.
Don’t know, don’t care. Had the upstairs to ourselves and it was glorious.
We ordered several tapas and it was all amazing. From the first bite all you could hear was “mmm” from us.
The staff were very attentive even when they had a full room downstairs and just us upstairs (oh and a separate room had a party going on but no one cares about that).
We never felt rushed and all the food came out when it was ready, everything piping hot and well seasoned.
Yeah, I nearly fainted when the bill came but we also ordered like a quarter of the menu so maybe don’t do that and you’ll be fine.
10/10 for me. I’d happily go back if I lived in Harrogate.
If you do live in Harrogate and have never been – what in the world are you waiting for? Go! You won’t regret it.
