Read the reviews, this is THE worst Dunkin location, bar none. Do not come here. Yet again, another breakfast sandwich missing from an order. How do you allow the most expensive item you make to be forgotten on the order?
Corporate needs to get involved at this point.
Why are you placing the order on the pickup counter without first guaranteeing all the items are in the bag? Failure from management to properly instruct, failure from employees to properly inspect. Unacceptable either way, and I’m out another $8.00 and still hungry.

The last 10 coffees (at least) tasted last crap. I ask for Splenda and it has none. Today I asked for 5 Splenda just see if perhaps it’s me. Same deal! Is it that the owner is being cheap? Is it that mediocre coffee is now simply bad coffee? Horrible! I’m done with Dunkin!

Do not come here in the late morning or afternoon. The drive through consistently takes 30-45 minutes to get through. By far the worst drive through experience of any Dunkin’s I’ve been too.

Ordered 2 bacon jam sandwiches and they came out with no bacon on them and they were cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted I didn’t even want it after seeing that. There coffee is alright though.

First time coming to this location, i drink Dunkin almost every day and i get the same order each time. It’s common sense that machiattos are not to be shaken and your employee (yt male) starting to get angry when he came to the window telling me I was wrong when the coffee looked way to light for a machiatto. He proceeded to give me attitude when I was explaining that It didn’t look right, I worked for DD for six years and his way of handling the situation was uncalled for.

This is the closest Dunkin to my house. I refuse to go there, if I can help it. The past several times, I’ve placed mobile orders and they have been messed up in some form or another. I’ve been forced to go inside and spend minutes of my time correcting it, made worse because I have an autistic son.
Delivery? I wish they were NEVER chosen. They cannot handle a regular order via their own app. I always have to tell them they have to fix it. Delivery is worse. Missing items, food spilled over, everything that says WE DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR ORDER BECAUSE WE HATE OUR JOB. This last time, they replaced my green tea without telling me with super charged nitro caffeine, and their replacement almost conflicted with my medication. If I had not figured out what it was before sipping more, I could have been in a hospital.
I get that these jobs are horrible. Hurry up and make the customer happy. But there are actual customers who HAVE worked that position before and know how it feels. Thank you, Dunkin of Farmington Ave. You have succeeded in telling me you hate customers because you continuously choose people who don’t care about anybody except for themselves. Oh, and you want us in the hospital. Thanks.

Worst dunkin experience . Ordered all messed up , food is subpar and poorly made , and the customer service was awful . One of the employees was giving out food with no bag or sticker to random customers , someone else left with my hashbrowns and i ended up with someone’s bagel bites that i had to give to the right customer . Not to mention waiting almost 15 minutes for two bagels , an iced tea , and a hashbrown . And when i was confused when i was handed unmarked bagel bites i didn’t order , the employee shot me a nasty glare . I hope from the bottom of my heart every single one of these employees gets fired and replaced .

They consistently screw up your order. Forget to put donuts in the bag, put the wrong donut. Add too much sugar and syrup into your coffee. I spent $5.50 on a latte that was just all syrup. Waste of money. The last time I was here will be the very last time. I hate it so much. The employees obviously don’t care about what product is going out of about the customer. If you hate your job find another one but don’t take it out on the people ordering coffee. How do you mess up on drip coffee??? I will never go back to this location ever again. Good riddance
