First time there. The service was good, alot people taking care of you but my sever offered me bread couple of time and never came. The food was OK but not my favorite; the steak was a little cold and kind of though, and the potato little dry. Dessert and the blooming onion delicious.

We’ve been here before, and this visit was another reminder of why we keep coming back. The steaks are consistently cooked to perfection, and the overall experience never disappoints.
We sat at the bar and had an excellent experience thanks to Teejay, who was friendly, attentive, and genuinely great at what she does. She made us feel welcome right away and took great care of us throughout the evening.
This visit was more about a smaller meal, but they had just run out of chili. The managing partner personally stopped by to let us know they were already making a fresh batch from scratch. Even with the wait, the communication and transparency really stood out—and I was able to sample it later. It was absolutely delicious and clearly homemade.
Between the consistently great food, the attentive service, and the pride this team takes in what they do, it’s easy to see why we keep returning. Big thanks to Teejay and the entire team for another welcoming, well-run experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Me and my husband often go have dinner at the Poinciana Outback or with a few friends. sometime last week, we enjoyed A beautiful dinner. I was thrilled to find out who our server was that night, There’s a few people in my community solivita Who has mentioned and recommended a server name Gabby . we decided to try one of the new items on the menu skewers and they were amazing ,tasteful. The presentation of the food when we received, it couldn’t have been more pleased. we always have a great experience, but by far that night couldn’t have been more perfect. The way gabby Made us feel welcome, loves. Came with Bright natural energy .

The food was great! We had wings , mozzarella sticks , steak , Mac and cheese, the desserts ,and everything everything was on point! The service here was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the hostess Aleysha was so welcoming, courteous and had the biggest smile on her face m. We were seated right away and everyone who tended to our table were very polite, friendly and attentive. Our server Derek was very patient, funny and extremely proactive, bringing us refills, and responded super quickly to our requests. He was also knowledgeable about the menu . The Manager , James , came to our table and he was so engaging and customer centered and his leadership

I went to outback on Friday October 24,2025. First time at this location. I did wait a few minutes for service. Maybe 15-20 minutes. The server did apologize, and said he would be with me in a minute. Food overall was great. Had the ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes, and the bloomin shrimp appetizer. Very good. I’ll give the location another chance since they are new. Thx

Just checked out the new Outback Steakhouse and was really impressed. The food was delicious — steaks were cooked perfectly, sides were flavorful, and the drinks were a great bonus.
Alex, the proprietor, is doing an amazing job. You can tell she’s hands-on and really cares about making sure guests have a great experience.

This is our second time coming Kayla was our sever today she was super attentive very helpful with the menu and drinks we both ordered the potter house steak very tender licious! We ordered the salute mushrooms and the butter very pleased Mac n cheese was cheesing! Salad fresh love that! The desert cake we will be ordering that again for our dessert!

I had a great experience with curbside pickup today at Outback Steakhouse! I ordered online, and when I arrived the server who brought out my food was very kind and friendly. The whole process was smooth and quick.

Omgoodness how awesome was our waitress Christina G was absolutely incredible you must ask to have her as your waitress she is funny makes you feel at home was a pleasure and joy it was to dine there tonight on a Wednesday the food was hust absolutely delicious oh and James the manager was such a delight he checked up on us a few times and even cane to say ty and good night and for dinning with outback wow what an experience thanks everyone you were all amazing such a great staff
