Have came here 3 or 4 times to get the “$2 personal pan pizza”…. Every time they have been “out”…. The girl working the register told me they would have some in 1.5 hrs… Came back a good while later to watch the guy unloading the truck walk the personal pan crusts into the restaurant to have them tell me they are sold out. Horrible service, don’t lie to people…. Don’t claim you are going to have something if you refuse to serve it to people. The other times I came to get them, there were people so furious they we arguing back & forth with the workers. Just an overall terrible establishment with very unprofessional workers. Save yourself the hassle with this place. It is very bad business, just go somewhere else to get your pizza.

The order taker wouldn’t let me place a order stating she was short staffed with just 2 workers and the manager shout down the online ordering app. I showed her it was not shout down and the she walked away from the front counter talking under her breath.

i once gave this place a 5 star but I have just recently placed an order and my pizza came raw, I could visibly see the mozzarella and I was able to stretch the pizza like play-do, they remade my order and brought me, once another raw pizza, I am utterly disgusted. *THEY ARE SERVING RAW PIZZA MULTIPLE OCCASIONS* AVOID ORDERING HERE AT ALL COSTS*

They sent us the wrong order the first time it took two and a half hours We finally got our order and then we got a second order of the thing we originally wanted twice and were charged twice no discount or credit or anything that was pretty disappointing because my husband was very very hangry and took it out on everyone around him so that alone turned a good night to a bad night for the rest of the night usually they’re great but this particular location was not and the girl in the phone I don’t know what her name is but she was very smart alec to him I was shocked

Absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever seen in my life the bigger light skinned girl and red head were so rude and disrespectful to me and my gf who just had surgery for breast cancer denied me service. TRASH!!! Wasted money here. Pizza EXTRA greasy. I can literally wring the pizza out and fry a new meal with all the grease that’s on this pizza. Breadsticks and cheese bread weren’t even CUT. Bread sticks didn’t even look similar to the ones I’ve had in the past. Just all around disappointing. Pic is after we cut the breas ourselves.

Only reason I have a star was because I had to For 1 my pizza was ordered at 9.32pm wasn’t delivered till 11:21pm my pizza was not done wasn’t hardly any sauce on the pizza it was just a god giving awful experience an for the manager to send the pizza out looking the way it did not to perfection she doesn’t deserve to work on what is your prized menu item… this isn’t the first time I’d experience this but I looked over it but has happen twice since.. an all I was offer was a refund…. no let me remake your pizza or I’ll refund you the money an your next pizza is free… just my money back.. but I had to go buy food elsewhere that night.. half of everything was closed in town.. so I had to drive drunk at midnight to get food because of the 2700 Gallitin Rd Nashville, TN location error on late order an for sending me a half done pizza… I will never order from this location again probably not even Pizza Hut… going back to domino’s
