I come here almost every day during the week( im trying not to anymore for the sake of saving money and not getting jipped lol but i commute so its hard i dont always have time to make my own). Sometimes they do amazing and sometimes i leave pissed off. Whether the drink i get daily is completely off or some days i just get a cup of mostly ice.
Im paying almost $6 for this, the ice to drink ratio is insane. If you cant tell the cup is filled with ice to the top, my drink ends up being water within like 10min if i dont finish it right away. its really frustrating/: Carina i think and a young guy-blonde buzz cut, they are my faves, they do amazing and their service is always great but i havent seen them much lately.

What in the world? The employees at this location are the most hospitable I have ever encountered. Immediately greeted by 3 of them and extra questions were asked when ordering which showed a special care. They recently rearranged the seating which makes it a wonderful space to study for awhile. Way to go!

It is definitely the hustle and bustle of a busy atmosphere at this Starbucks location. This is also a high traffic area in the mornings and afternoons because there is a school and daycare nearby. The drive-through can become very congested at times and it is almost easier to park and walk in for your drink or food item.

We got here on the way back to LA from Bakersfield. This was unplanned but it was a nice detour. Came in order a drink and I didn’t know why but I asked if they have S’more knowing they wouldn’t have it. Of course, they didn’t but the girl who took my order asked other employees to see if anyone knew how to make it and one of them (might be a store manager) seemed to know all the ingredients and made one for me. On top of that, she surprised us by giving us one extra drink for free just because she thought our group would need one more of that. It was so nice of her. The place is really clean and the drinks came out super fast. This place definitely deserve a five star with their service !!!
