Great little restaurant we had reservations and they sat us promptly. Ordered the beef tongue sopes and they were delicious. The chef gave us crab empanadas which were paired with a salsa that tasted delightful. I had the totoaba enxhilpayada and it tasted light, flavorful with a hence of spice. My husband ordered the steak mole and he thought it was amazing with the perfect seasoning. The chef also gave us lime ice cream. Over all the server Dario was great and attentive. The atmosphere was great and we chose to sit inside.

It’s my birthday week, and since we’re staying at Solaz, we saved this Michelin restaurant for my birthday dinner. It ended up being the perfect choice. Not only was the food excellent, but our server, Sergio, gave us a mini masterclass on tequila, mezcal, and yes—even Jose Cuervo. It made the whole experience that much richer.

We started with two cocktails: La Rubarosa and La Damiana. The Rubarosa was surprisingly smooth and light – one of those drinks you don’t expect to enjoy as much as you do.

For starters, we ordered the bluefin tostada and the roasted beet salad. The corn tortilla on the tostada was honestly the tastiest I’ve ever had. Perfect texture, perfect flavor.

For our mains, we chose the bean tamale and the seafood rice. The tamale came with an exceptional mole – truly the star of the plate. The tamale itself was fine, but the mole absolutely stole the show. Did you know that true mole has over 40 ingredients? The seafood rice was flavorful, masterfully prepared, and a generous portion.

For dessert, we ordered the horchata ice cream, which was lovely. But the real surprise was the tres leches cake they brought out for my birthday. I was already stuffed, but I still managed to eat half and took the rest back to the room.

Would we return? Absolutely – especially if we’re back in the area. And if we had to pick just one restaurant at Solaz, this would be our top choice.

Wow! They get my Michelin star. Service was impeccable and friendly. The food, above and beyond. There are options to select multiple dishes to share and or dine solo and try a variety of offerings. They offered an amazing gooseberry sorbet to cleanse the palette that made me still want dessert

My fiancé and I celebrated our recent engagement here for dinner and opted for the Wanderlust tasting menu. The food and service were top notch and we would recommend this to our friends. Beware to pace yourself because you will be served a lot of food!

Fantastic experience, best meal we had in Los Cabos. Highly recommend. It’s worth the taxi / uber if you are not staying at the resort to try the mole and flan. Also the service was excellent. Aaron was remarkable!

This is such an amazing restaurants. Not only it is the best fine dining I tried in cabos, but out of all the restaurants I tried around the world I could say this one is among top 10. The abience is so romantic. Service very friendly and knowledge about the food. The people who work here seems really passionate about their food. The food itself is ultra delicious, even the bread and the water . Price point is pretty reasonable for Cabo. Normal Cabo restaurant price. This place is so underated! Hope I can visit here again and try other items on the menu !
