Great experience at Nick’s Lakeside Grill! I had the Single & Ready to Mingle burger and my husband had the Cowboy Burger — both were juicy, flavorful, and served on soft, fresh brioche buns.
The beer-battered onion rings were cooked perfectly (and I’m very picky about onion rings!), and the pretzel bites with beer cheese were a great starter. The fries were delicious, and the sweet potato fries with the marshmallow fluff cinnamon dip were outstanding.
Our kids’ chicken nugget meal was also very good with generous portions.
Even on a rainy day, sitting by the window overlooking the lake made for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Friendly service and excellent food — we’ll definitely be back!

My favorite place to eat in spring city, found this place by accident when renting a cabin the owners helped us find the cabin manager and we came back for dinner, so good! Right on the water, love the triple jam on tap. Can’t wait to pull up on our little boat for dinner

I’ve only been here twice. The first time there was a large group sitting inside of about a dozen people. It appeared they were all eating or almost finished eating. They were pretty loud so we sat in the bar area at a table, there were just 3 men at the bar. Our server didn’t seem to thrilled that we chose to sit there. It was lunch time on a Saturday and they were dead so I was kind of confused by this. Our food was pretty good but the server on this trip not so much.
2nd trip was a couple weeks later and this time was a later lunch. Didn’t see the server from before. This server was attentive and friendly. We just had wings this trip and they were good.
We will continue to stop in.

Prices have skyrocketed. The brisket sliders should be called Cole Slaw on a bun. What brisket I found was dry and sprinkled thin. My wife said d the burgers are still good but $14 for a Cheeseburger and fries is outrageous. Probably won’t be back.
We came back the portions are smaller and the prices are higher. Interestingly our burgers were some of the best we’ve had here yet. $42 for two cheeseburgers and two Coke’s is pretty outrageous.

Staff is super friendly. I’ve had 3 meals here now and they have all been delicious. The burger was very good and the salad fresh. Beer on tap and in bottles but the selection could include more craft beer. However, it’s a small town so I’m sure craft isn’t a necessity on the menu. My beer snobbery aside I enjoy sitting in deck by lake. If I wasn’t a vagabond I could be a regular here.

DIDNT EVEN WALK IN YET AND JUST ABOUT LEFT!!!! Apparently an employee was hollering with a manager/owner and was calling out all the problems with the place.
Employee: “Yall are the ones dropping chicken wings on the floor, picking them up and putting them back in the fryer”
Manager/Owner:”Quiet down, you’re making a scene”
I guess they never knew I was on the other side of the fence with my brothers listening for about 5minutes and was about to record over the fence just to see who was arguing lol. Still decided to still give it a try since we were starving from working all day. Didn’t order wings after hearing what the employee said. Only the burger was just decent enough to eat. Mac n Cheese brisket and brisket tacos were really bad. Brisket tasted like it was smoked in a burning house instead of a smoker.
Service was really bad!!! Employees were more focused on the drama going on vs actually their customers. We were the only ones in the building along with 2 other tables on the patio and yet spent 1.5hrs there. Our food was in the window for 20min while we sat across from it and watched as employees ran around talking about the drama unfolding. Getting our ticket was the same. Told us they’d get it right over only to run around again talking about the drama. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered togo and paid $70 for 4 items . The wings werea really good size and so were the Chicken Tenders. However, the $15 Chicken Mac and $17 Steak Mac bowls were so small and should not have been more than $8 each for what you get. Avoid these if you’re looking to get a good value for your money.
As far as service goes. I wasn’t greeted and sat at the bar waiting for 5 mins before anyone said anything to me. So there is room for improvement there also.

Me and my fiance went for the first time last night. We had the boneless wings. I had the Dr. Pepper glazed. They were pretty good. Onion rings were our appetizer. They were delicious. I also had a side salad with ranch. It’s a little pricey. But overall , our waitress was friendly and the atmosphere was good. The food portions could be larger at the prices. But overall good experience, we will be back.
