The only thing I will say is that the service was kind of ehh because I had order two drinks (a refresher and an iced mocha latte) off of the kiosk and waited roughly 10 mins to be given my drinks all the while my iced latte was sitting on a prep table already made up and the refresher was sitting on another prep table half way made up and I didn’t even end up getting my drinks until the man asked me was I waiting for something.
Other than that had a pretty good experience, the store was clean and neat too.
The one lady at the drive thru window is very nasty, unprofessional and gives the wrong orders to the customer. I have made numerous complaints to the manager and the lady is still rude. It is terrible interacting with this lady at the drive thru window!!! She is giving the business a bad reputation!!!
She asked me to look at it, and it was what we feared… a mouse dropping.
Returned to store and was greeted by a woman dressed in head wrap and garb.
She was rude and dismissive and yelled, “THST CAME FROM YOUR HOUSE, not from here!”
That set my sister off and the government official to whom she was on the phone overheard the conversation in disbelief.
My sister told her that she should have simply apologized and replaced or refunded the sandwich.
She was disrespectful, accusatory, insensitive, and rude! All of that over $3.29!
My sis stated she knew the owner who was a nice man and was certain he wouldn’t have approved.
