They have great service during the day. Their milk shakes are awesome. The grilled chicken sandwich is off the chain. Their fried chicken is really good as well. They have the best breakfast in demopolis as far as fast food goes. Highly recommend you try this fast food restaurant.

Our first time at any Jacks Restaurant. Not a good first impression. Both bathrooms were poorly lighted. The urinal in the men’s room did not flush and the toilet was out of order. The soap dispenser was hanging by a thread. The water barley trickled. How do employees wash their hands ? The women’s bathroom was dirty and unkept. The counter area inside the store was very messy with curled up paper scattered about. The area was very cluttered and it just appeared to be very poorly organized. On the positive, the workers were polite and the cheeseburger, fries, and chicken fingers were tasty.

This place is filthy!! The workers are nasty looking, one was cussing “we got the wrong GD cook running the fryer” and the workers were not friendly at all. Raw chicken was laying out in the back. The kitchen was absolutely filthy!! The fry area was disgusting! There was food and filth all over the floors. The building stunk!! We are from out of town and placed an order online and had no clue this place was so bad!!! Corporate needs to evaluate their restaurants. This is unacceptable!! If they had not already cooked the chicken we would have canceled our order and went elsewhere!

My daughter and her friend visited this evening. After 25 minutes they asked about their order they had already made and paid for. After several minutes of being ignored they were laughed at and left without refund or food. The employees were talking with each other and with friends that walked in and leaned on the counter. Completely inexcusable behavior and attitude!

I been a customer since this location open. Alabama is my home state. I live in Louisiana. The food and customer service has always been excellent. I eat there when I come home ,when I arrive and leave. The place is dirty. Tables and benches are nasty. The bathroom is dark and dirty. I will miss Jack. June 21, 2025. Sister Alabama

I really enjoyed the chicken tender basket for $5.99. it included a drink as well. It seems the chicken is the best at Jack’s. I also discovered the jalapeno hot sauce… Which is great if you enjoy that kind of stuff. We don’t do much fast food at all, but we travel a lot and Jack’s is becoming our go-to
