There’s a new American Deli in Perimeter Mall! Talking to the owner when we ordered really helped me to appreciate this establishment! Things you should know:
I. PARKING
The restaurant is in the Mall Food Court, so the parking options are vast and endless.
II. SERVICE
Timely and kind. They ask if you want seasoning on your fries after your order is fulfilled while they’re handing the boxes to you. They’ll even ask if you’d like a to-go bag so you can continue your mall shopping.
III. QUALITY
Dense amount of food for the price..! The wings weren’t dry and the breading was crispy – we weren’t disappointed!
IV. CAPACITY
We came during lunch-rush on the weekend but the line moves REALLY fast. This restaurant is new so show them some love!

Highly disappointed I got what I always get when I go to American Deli and was so disappointed at the wings they were extremely small and VERY DRY . The picture don’t really show how tiny there was literally no meat the people next to me started laughing because of how small the wing was . I took a picture to compare size these small things for almost $20 the Philly was ok . To be fair I grabbed the biggest ones the smallest was the size of a quarter it was a drum but just a round ball . THEY ARE ALL NOT THE SAME DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I went inside the American deli in the mall court I spent $25 on two cheeseburgers and some fries one order of fries I asked for some ranch dressing and they told me I had to pay $0.80 this is offensive but it’s also offensive to the customers who are these people going around charging for sauces

First I want to say that the food is always good, hot and fresh, but every single time I go one of the associates always seems to have a nasty attitude. I always let it go because it’s never that deep as long as my food is delicious. This time I couldn’t let this go without something being said. I complete my order and notify the associate that I work in the mall and she ask what seem like a million questions to make sure I work in the mall. Mind you I regularly come to get food because like I said I work in the mall. I just think it’s unacceptable to be treated like this when I constantly spend my money here. She told me that “ people “ do this all the time but only people that would know about the discount is people that work in the mall! I’m not sure what other “people “ she was referring to or why I would be the person to do that. I also showed my keys , I just feel like I shouldn’t have to do all that , but I digress

Husband and kid ordered food here but needed extra napkins. I got in line and asked for some, but the female, Hispanic cashier said “did you even order here?” and was extremely rude about it. There are so many other places to get food and we won’t be eating here again.

Placed an order at the perimeter mall food court location. Usuallywe go to restaurants in the mall but for once we did food court. It was a young looking but older male maybe of asian type descent im not sure. I almost could say they could be the owner or manager or something but yeah i can do a polygraph if you want im not just making stuff up here. They gave me completely different meal than i asked. Then they pull me over to the cash register talking about let me see if theres a price difference. I ordered correctly and they put the wrong order in the computer. They gave me a food order something i would never eat. I told him im not worried about getting any money back or anything. Then he says oh im just checking to see if you owe us more. Talking to me like that. Im like what. I ordered what i always order and im known for what i order to everyone that knows me my entire life. I always order the same things and I do not ever order anything different. Haven’t even tried more than one meal from American deli and visited many locations closer to me. But yeah haven’t been to an American deli myself now since the experience but I did enjoy the service and food at other locations . Just not this one. Someone must be paying the owners lease agreement. Maybe life insurance or something cause obviously they don’t need more sales and don’t want to apologize or anything.
