I was really disappointed after reading reviews and seeing the awesome pictures on their website. I spent just under $50. For a kids plate that included rice and 1 small taco. I also wanted to try out the chips, salsa and guacamole. I read about the cochinita pibil and ordered 1 taco. And a pastor taco as well. My wife ordered the carne en su caldo. Well I’ll start off with the chips and salad with guacamole. The guacamole was so sour with lime that it was unbearable. The salsa was like a bland pico de Gallo. Chips were store bought and ok. The coquinita pibil was flavorless. I expected more. The green salsa I got was a watery and really really mild. The pastor taco tasted more like a sweet chicken adobo. As far as the carne en su caldo. It was also lacking flavor and really greasy. My wife didn’t finish her small bowl of caldo ( soup) and my son did not care for the taste as well. My son did enjoy his carne asada on his taco and rice. The best part about this restaurant is the cafe de holla agua fresca dispenser. I honestly expected more for the price. It was a very different experience from the uploaded pictures on the website.

I absolutely love this place!! Amazing customer service and the name doesn’t lie, everything has so much flavor. The Al pastor tacos are outstanding, and the carne en su jugo is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten! You can really taste the quality ingredients. Hands down the best Mexican food around. Yucaipa finally has a real Mexican food spot!

I’ve been wanting to try this new business for a while, and I’m so glad I finally did. I’m a big fan of menudo, and honestly, this is the best homemade menudo I’ve had compared to other places. Trust me—we’ve tried most of the local spots, and this one stands out.
The customer service is on point. The owners are there making sure everything is running smoothly, which really makes a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it if you’ve been thinking about trying it.

The service was top tier. We were greeted immediately after walking in, Alex helped us take our order and gave us great recommendation. Even my picky 9-year-old enjoyed his food so that was a win. If you’re in the Yucaipa area definitely come check them out. 10 stars all around

It’s a small hole in the wall, but it was really good. The customer service is great. My sister and I got Menudo!!! It was very flavorful. The meat was very soft easy to chew l!!! My boyfriend got french fries fries, chips and salsa and a breakfast burrito with chorizo. . He said that was delicious. The owners are very professional. The place is very clean. I just love the vibes in this little place can’t wait to go back & try the rest of the menu! You guys this is real authentic Mexican food!!!!

Today was my first time coming here and let me tell you guys it’s worth the visit! The vibe of the employees was amazing, they greeted us with a smile and complimented our energy. The food was the cherry on top. I came in for the Tuesday special which included 3 soft tacos with a side of chips and salsa. Everything was made fresh and tasted incredible. This is now one of my go to taco spots

After ordering our tacos I noticed they had a Sole Food menu. With Ribs, Tri-tip, fish, hot wings (several flavors to choose from)
