I order 2 kids chicken fingers totaling 15.98. When ordering I was told 4 pieces of chicken tenders come in each order, instead I received 2 pieces cut in half. Literally cut in half after the tenders were cooked. How cheap!!! I called Deno and the person said this is how they do it and what they consider 4 pieces. If they would have just told me 2 pieces I would have gladly ordered more. I feel this was pretty deceitful. I’ve been ordering from Deno for many years but ever since the new management took over it has slowly gone downhill. This was the last straw for me. Never ordering from this place again.

Has got to be the WORST steak and cheese in Massachusetts. All bread, barely any cheese even though i requested extra and barely any steak in the sub, which was dry anyways. Went absolutely downhill after the new ownership took over years ago. They obviously don’t care about quality, but will jack up the price. Shameful.

The place needs some serious renovation. Specially the bathroom. The sandwiches are expensive and at least the one I ordered I wish had more meat, but it tasted good. The wings were good and the pizza lacked sauce flavor and the dough was saggy.

Awful pre-order pizza for a party I was having. They were supposed to be at my house by 5:45. They never showed. Called they kept saying the pizza was going in the over. At 7:30 I called again They said the pizza was going in the oven. I canceled my order! The kids left without eating. They charged my credit still waiting for a refund. No sorry just we are very busy! I ordered it the day before to ensure I would get it on time and called to confirm. Terrible customer service stay away! After all this still waiting for my refund. Becareful everyone they will charge your credit card say they refunded you Never do! I had to call my bank to file a complaint. Next is the attorney Generals office.
