8/27/22- Dropping my 5 star review of them to a 3 star. Once again I was back for the Colorado Horror Fest beer release. The had gotten ride of their watermelon salad. Then they only had 1 dessert on the menu, raspberry cheesecake, and when we tried to order it they told us they were out ( it wasn’t even 5pm yet). One waitress also kept running around asking if the dishes she was holding from the kitchen was theirs. This place is highly disorganized and can’t keep things in stock even when they know they are having a major event. Hope they get their stuff together before next year, but at this rate they just keep getting worse.
Old: So I went here today for Horror Fest’s beer release. The staff was a little disorganized and one of them was new and he kept apologizing. At one point they were having to tell customers that the kitchen wouldn’t open till five, but luckily we still got our food. The place looked really cool and they had special booths. I would say it was set up to look like a combination of steam punk and Far Scape. They even had Star Trek Voyager playing on one of the T.V.s. we tried the watermelon salad. It was amazing and I would put it in the top 10 things I have ever ate. Then there were the restrooms. Their restrooms were the cleanest and nicest public bathroom I have ever seen not only at any bar, but anywhere else.

Amazing atmosphere, food & beer, in a super unique concept for a Brewery.
From walking in the door you’re immediately immersed in this Sci-Fi themed brewery that has a beer and food focus on a Belgian/Cajun fusion! The Pork Belly Cajun Fried Rice & Short Rib were both wonderfully prepared.
The beers were crisp and delicious. The space is a great spot to check out or book a private event.
Highly recommend this spot if you’re passing through Longmont!

Good beer and decent food, if not a bit pricey. 18$ for the sausage platter would be fine for 3 full sausages but instead you get half of each. Just didn’t seem worth it.
As far as service goes, they definitely have some kinks to work out. It’s currently open seating and then hope that a server comes by. We ended up ordering both our drinks and food at the bar after 40 minutes. A busy opening night definitely deserves some leniency but it was like the servers didn’t exist. On the other hand, the bar staff were on top of their game so props to them. They dealt with drinks and food like champs, even jumping in to bring stuff to tables.
It’s a cool space so hopefully they get everything sorted.

Great brewery. A number of German style beers, all delicious. I favored the Zaya Ruby and Planetary Destruction….
Hush puppies were on point.
Home-made hot sauce is a nice break from the norm. It wasn’t too spicy, but packed enough bite to keep your attention.
Staff were friendly and helpful, albiet a little distracted from the volume of patrons.
Great experience and we will definitely be back!

This place is special. Normally I’m not one to rant and rave over a brewery but this place manages to make great beer, serve great food, and has a fantastic atmosphere.
The burger, schnitzel, and chicken and waffles have all been fantastic. I’ve tried all the beers (I think…) and can’t think of one I didn’t like. The one bartender made me a cucumber margarita one night and it was to die for.
Go check this place out. It’s worth the trek across town.

Went Friday after work to this sci-fi themed brewpub. Not much on the outside except a couple banners by the roads and a bit of signage on the front. But you walk in and you can’t help to be surprised. The front has a glass counter with some merchandise. There is a nice coffee bar set up at another glass counter but later I found that they don’t do anything with it anymore. Walked further to a sign about the food where I was met by a staff member. I remark about the lay out and I’m told “it’s bigger on the inside then the outside”. I comment that I love the Dr Who reference to which he states not everyone gets it. I see that there is a long bar with seats placed spaced for COVID reasons. There are some booths facing the bar. Past that are a number of tables in a large open area. There is a big window there that looks into the brew house. Above the booths is a second floor area with more tables. I see another stair case near the front. They lead to a more private seating area for private parties with a door to the kitchen and a second bar. It is open toward the brew house that is below.
Sitting at the bar I look at the beers on tap that are shown on a screen with the prices. There are some bottles of liquor on the bar as well. Due to COVID, you use your phone to scan a code to get to the full menus. Beers listed are way less the the number of beer taps. Hopefully as business increases, so will the beer options. The menu shows wines and drinks also available. They have a food menu. Some sandwiches, appetizers, couple entrees, and desserts. They have a happy hour menu for food, beer specials, drinks. I had a flight of four then a full pour of another beer. Super friendly staff who kept checking if I needed more beer or anything else. Look forward to returning.

Outworld Brewing is my favorite spot in Longmont, CO! The beer is consistently delicious. Well balanced, excellent variety and each beer type is superb to style. Highlights are the crisp, light Kitora Tomb (pictured) and the juicy, sessionable Shocknowledge hazy IPA. The food is PHENOMENAL – personal favorite is the schnitzel sandwich on a pretzel bun. Best paired with the stoemp but shown here with the (delicious) sweet and tangy honey-ginger green beans. Finally, the lemon pound cake topped with house made whipped cream, fresh raspberry purée, and chopped mint – I wish I had words to describe how delicious it was… but the picture will have to do.
The ambiance is quirky – a spaced themed adventure with service that is *out of this world*. We come here at least once a month! The brewery hosts live music, book clubs, trivia, philosophy chats, circus tents, and pop-up art shows. There is something here for everyone!
Do not miss Outworld Brewing if you are in the area!

The best cocktail ever!!!! I am beyond picky about cocktails but oh my!! The Superpink (watermelon mint margarita) is hands down the best drink I’ve ever had. Their beers were amazing too and we loved how we could just pick the 5oz and try them as we go. The watermelon salad wasn’t amazing. We wouldn’t get that again. But their burger was good and so were their fries. Even if the food sucked, that drink would still land it as a 5 star place in my book. Out of this world cocktails!! We loved the ambience too. We happened to have been their for trivia night and sat in one of their pods too. Such a cool place. We are glad we stopped by during our one day there.

Beer is great the atmosphere might be my favorite in Colorado, and I’ve been to a lot of breweries throughout the state. Cool art, excellent theme, and lots of space.
