Met the owner Kathleen as well a Corinne and Claudia who simply had the best hospitality and customer service I have ever seen from a quick service restaurant. This is my new go to lunch spot in Katy!

Chicken salad chick has always been one of my favorites. But when I went through the drive-through on Good Friday. I was surprised with an Easter egg basket where I could choose two eggs. Each egg had a surprise in it. I opened the eggs and received a free side item and a coozy. I don’t think I’ve ever had that much fun at a drive-through window. Great job!

First time here and I really enjoyed my meal. I got the chicken salad blt on white toast and the baked potato soup. Both were good. I’m not a pickle fan but had a couple of bites with the sandwich and it tasted pretty good. I like how they give you a small cookie with your meal. Definitely will return. Great service and tasty chicken salad.

Hair in my sandwich, old mac n cheese that we paid an extra $3 for and no extra toppings. I bet if you walked in, you’ll find people without hairnets. Guys, it’s really easy: with proper, sanitary food practices, you can prevent yourselves from experiencing this kind of embarrassment. Plenty of other places can make a sandwich without contaminating it. Can’t you?
