I ordered two medium pizza’s via the $6.99 deal and this is what they sent me. I couldn’t eat the crust and i had to spit out the bacon because it was way too hard. They completely overcooked my pizzas. I also asked for regular crust but i got garlic. I called the store right away and the guy told me he would be right back and then never came back. i sat on hold for 30 min and never talked to anyone. I finally spoke with somebody today and they said that the issue with the crust being garlic and not regular was a problem through the app and not with them that i must have accidentally clicked on garlic however i triple checked it definitely said regular she said well i must not have saved it. And then she responded to the pizzas being over cooked that that couldn’t have been the case because the ovens are automatic ovens. However if nobody takes the pizza out of the oven it gets overcooked which is obviously the case here. I got credited $14 out of $25. I couldn’t get the full $25 credited to me because i couldn’t talk to anyone the day it happened even though I did call several times I have the call logs to prove it. So Not only do I get told that I was the thing that messed up the order and also lied about the pizzas being overcooked but now I don’t even get credited the full amount. So if i want my two fresh pizzas i still have to put at least $10 with it to get it. All i want is what i payed for. But now that im feeling some kind of way about it i think some lava cakes are in order as well.

This was easily the best pizza I’ve had in many years! The staff was busy but kind, friendly, and available to help me when I walked in with no wait!! When I asked to add an extra garlic butter to my order I was surprised that it didn’t come with the pizza. Maybe that’s my one bad comment that could be fixed. Still 70 something cents isn’t to bad compared to other places. The manager took the time to add it to my order although I could tell she was busy, she served it with a smile. I am what many would call a pizza Connoisseur so I know good pizza when I see it. The extravaganza had just the right amount of everything. Not overpowering but I tasted each item with every bite. My kids and husband loved it too! Thank you dominos!

Ordered a large pizza for takeout with half veggies and half supreme, which only had mushrooms and meat, had expected more ingredients. The pizza was good and warm. Good amount of cheese. Lacked in amount of vegetables or ingredients. Seemed average cost. Pizza was ready faster than I was initially informed.

They have alot wrong in making the right pizzas at this location.
They did give me a $25 store credit which I used at Euclid domino’s store.
Come on guys, portion control should be clearly defined for consistency, your not getting ahead by saving pennies on pinching portions to receive identical bad reviews and lodging dollars therein and on losing customers.
Food safety should be first, foremost and last priorities, for every single person on the line.

I normally get the chicken Alfredo pasta dish and it’s usually really, pretty good. But this is like the third or fourth time in a row that I’ve ordered it. And there’s not been hardly any alfredo cheese in it. It’s just pasta and chicken and therefore pretty disgusting.

New management is ready to make things right if they mess up , I can stand by that. If you have a issue let them know ! They will fix it ! they will☺️ until it’s right! Do not order anything using their website ever. It said “error your order cannot be processed “ I checked my information and it was all correct, tried again got the same error. I then checked my card and I got charged twice and never even got my order to go through. I went in the store they didn’t have my order, and said it happens all the time with online orders. So now I’m out 40 dollars and can’t even buy dinner because they won’t fix their stupid website. Anyways, order in store.

Walked in to pick up a mobile order and the employee at the front counter waved their finger at me to wait for them, then screamed at another employee to help me. Management should go over customer service with the employees at this location, because clearly some of the workers here have poor attitudes.
