First time trying this place. The chicken bacon ranch pizza had an amazing amount of sauce, but it tasted overwhelming like ranch. I’ve never had a pizza like this taste like someone dumped a bottle of ranch on it. It was pretty off putting. The red sauce one didn’t have as much sauce and lacked flavor. This isn’t a place we’d try again.

Belleria Cortland has been hit or miss on pizza’s in the past (if the dough is day old,.toss it!!) but I must say, the pizza ordered on 6.24.25 was absolutely the best pizza I have had, even better than most of the other Belleria Pizza locations I have had!
The dough was light & airy, nice crust with the perfect amount of sauce for the type of pizza!
Perfectly done!!
Now please don’t slide back. (Dough is the single cheapest thing a shop can make but yet several places try to use old dough… PLEASE Don’t!!)

We hosted our sons basketball team and their families here for team dinner and we are so happy we did. They took all of the pressure off of feeding a large group of people and everyone loved the food. Melissa was so attentive and knew exactly what we needed before we even needed it. Drinks were always full and we got to spend our time conversing with other parents and enjoying our time without having to worry about a thing! 10/10 would recommend!

Ordered ranch wings on DoorDash. We received some kind of hot wings. I called the store and they were rude. Tried telling they could not find my order. Then they proceeded to tell me I was calling the wrong store. Told them I was looking at my receipt and gave them the order number. They refused to do anything about it. Tried telling me that if not specified for white ranch they automatically give you their homemade ranch. These wings had no taste of ranch at all!! They were so spicy we could not eat them. Will not eat at this store ever again. They should never treat a customer with such rudeness!

We came in on a Friday night to meet with family as we came through town. This is definitely more popular for take-out and they were busy. Our server was amazing and our food delicious. The haddock was really great and the pizza was a cheat food very well worth it! We hope our server had a great birthday. Thank you for being so attentive to us while you were slammed with take-out! We will be back our next time in town for sure!

We placed order online for 10 wings, stated EXTRA EXTRA CRISPY, there were about 4 that weren’t rubbery. Next is the pepperoni roll, I’ve circled the raw dough. I paid for a white pizza with add on of hot peppers, after the first bland bite, I realized it was just cheese on the shell. The next is old fashioned Romano pizza….I’m not sure if they missed putting Romano on this, or what. That 4.00 salad is exactly how it was when we opened it, pathetic! I paid for an extra side of ranch, and got ANY! I didn’t want to write a negative review, so I thought I’ll just call and talk to the manager. When I called they put me on hold for 5 min, then told me he was busy and would call me back. The girl asked what it was in reference to, so I told her. She advised he would call me back……he didn’t, so here’s my review. This meal was $44.40 and I gave them $10.00 for a tip. I’m trying to support different small businesses during this trying time, but not for this kind of service. Very disappointed!

First day ordered a pizza about a week ago and I sent the owner pictures that the crest was not done. They gave me a $17 credit and I called today which is Saturday night 18 October. I ordered wings instead of pizza they came and they were not even remotely hot so I called and they’re giving me a hard time because they’re cold. She’s acting like I’m incapable of telling the difference between hot and cold originally I paid for the delivery so tonight to have them delivered now I’ve already waited 45 minutes and I call and they tell me oh no you have to pick it up. She said that I would have to pay the delivery fee of three dollars. Well I already paid it once but I’ll pay it again so she told me that the wings were not and I repeat not cooked yet and that it would be an hour and a half. I said that’s fine and now this is supposed to be an owner when I told her that these wings were cold. She told me that the wing sauce made them cold, so I guess they serve cold wings that everybody! This service was so incredibly unspeakable so now they’re remaking the wings because they’re cold and they’re supposed to be well done which they are not. She was arguing with me about that as well now I gotta wait another hour and a half for wings and she was very adamant about that so regardless of whether they’re busy or not, she’ll make me wait an hour and a half and what she wanted me to do was say forget it and I ain’t! I cannot believe that this is an owner if I were you, I’d order from someplace else! You will be incredibly disappointed

They were laying in Grease about halfway up the container, very little garlic and Parm so there was no flavor just an exorbitant amount of grease. They were the most disgusting wings that I have ever had! Please please go someplace else. I think there’s a place called the Wingstop. Try there cause this place sucks!

Always wonderful food. We got pepperoni rolls last night, absolutely delicious and they even gave us a bag of candy for Halloween always so friendly and if they ever make a mistake, they always correct it. Support your local Cortland Belleria.
