This Dairy Queen in Westerville has been there as long as I can remember and is always super busy. Ordered food online and it was ready in 10 minutes. The burger was excellent and for a good price! Keep in mind they are open until 10:00 PM but after 9:00 PM it’s drive thru only as they close the dining area then.

Overall pretty disappointing experience at this location. I placed an online order, went inside around 15 minutes later, and went up to the counter to let the employee know. He looked irritated that I was even in the building and told me to go wait by the pick up counter, so I did. I waited there for 20 minutes standing in silence because I didn’t even want to interact with him at this point, while they served other customers before me. Eventually I left and went back out to my car to grab my phone before coming back in. It had now been 40 minutes since I placed the order, and finally a different employee asked me what I was waiting for, I explained it, and she said that they never got my order and that it might have been the wrong address. (It wasn’t.) She then proceeds to hand me this “medium” sundae pictured. I was honestly so tired of waiting there that I just took it and left. I don’t want to be a Karen but it’s frustrating, as someone that works in customer service, that people can’t do the bare minimum.

Pictured is a medium Strawberry Sundae. Boy have times changed. I remember when a medium sundae would have to be crushed in the lid in order to fit. And to add to the poor experience my wife’s Mint Oreo Blizzard had no mint flavoring in it.

I wanna give a shout out to Leia the cake decorator. I went in last week to see if she could do a Grinch cake for my birthday. She said sure. They had one made on Monday when I went back to order it and so I took that one to be put on hold till today. Went back in today and she had another one made for me. Her and another female (didn’t get her name) was so helpful.

This DQ has many of the “things I remember” from being a kid. They make their hotdog sauce on site as well as hand dip their dilly bars – this makes a difference! The staff is pretty friendly of late, but they always have local kids learning how to work so they get turnover frequently. That doesn’t mean they are lax in training because my son eats at this location at least once a week. Always fresh, always delicious. Consistent and made to order fries and onion rings with a very full container means you get your money’s worth. I have eaten better burgers here than more than a few burger places. Overall good value for good eats

Looks a little too small and cluttered parking lot is tiny when we walked in there were two poster boards that were covering a stash of unopened boxes we only got ice cream so that tasted just fine

You really can’t go wrong at Dairy Queen. The pooch would have to really be screwed before you could write a bad review!
That being said, I had a vanilla come dipped in chocolate and the ice cream just didn’t taste like DQ. Maybe it was just me, who knows. The chocolate Butterfinger Blizzard was a as good as usual.

Went in to get a cake for my husband’s birthday. I asked for a cup of krunch kote. The employee at the register asked the manager how to charge. They were told $1/scoop. Okay, cool, until I find out a scoop is maybe a tablespoon. So $16 for a cup of sprinkles. Guess I will have to go to another location next time.
